To make things easier for Loretta and our fur babies, we gave her detailed information about each pup (habits, likes/dislikes, behavior patterns, etc) so she was well equipped! Loretta provided regular updates and some photos. Everyone looked happy! Loretta was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. As a fellow Rover sitter, I totally understand the expectations of pet parents, and the desire to have pups comfortable while in your care. Loretta did a great job with Bella & Scout all around!”

My 7yr old mini-dachshund has never stood with anyone while away other then family, so this was the first time he stood with someone completely new. Pamela was extremely responsive, constantly sending pictures and updates, treating my dog like he was one of hers. The amount of love and compassion she has for animals is unmatched and a breath of fresh air. My little Oscar had a blast with her dogs, consistently playing with them and just being a dog. She is well equipped when it comes to boarding your dog. She has these amazing reviews for a reason and after leaving my little guy with her for 8 days I can see why. It was comforting and relaxing to know she was with someone who really cared about animals. Leon graciously accepted the extension of care when I notified him my return would be delayed. Upon my arrival my dog was excited to see me, but stuck by his side Leon's side as his new friend. I would Leon again when needed.”
