“Victoria was wonderful. She was communicative, reliable, and truly has a way with animals. We will be using her again for sure, and I can't recommend her enough. I’m”

“Mikayla was amazing! She helped us out with sort of last minute drop ins and was super reliable. She kept in touch, showed up right on time, and sent us photo updates. We came home to happy cats and a tidy house. We recommend her!”

About: I’ve been around both cats and dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. Growing up with pets taught me how important it is to provide them with attention, patience, and consistent care. Whether your pet is playful and social or prefers a quieter approach, I’m happy to meet them where they’re comfortable. I understand that every pet has their own personality, and I’ll treat your cat or dog with the same care and affection I’d give my own pets. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is a natural and enjoyable part of my daily routine, especially as a teacher with summers off. I love spending my extra time caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. Being around animals is something I truly enjoy, and I appreciate the chance to fill my days with walks, visits, playtime, and companionship. I’m reliable, attentive, and excited to give each pet the care and attention they deserve I currently care for my two cats at home, so I’m very comfortable with daily cat care routines like feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and recognizing their individual personalities and needs. In addition, I often help care for my parents’ dogs when needed, so I also have experience with feeding, walking, and general dog care. This mix of hands-on experience has made me confident and attentive with both cats and dogs, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Kaity was awesome with our 5 cats! She managed to do a meet and greet on such short notice around the holidays and took great care of them all. We will definitely book with her again!”

“Stephen is a gem! He is thorough, flexible and reliable, and I could tell my cat loved his visits. It was such a relief to know he was looking after her and we will definitely be calling upon him again!”

“Jamie regularly walks my dogs and is absolutely amazing! Even my shy pup warmed up to him right away. Would highly recommend, I always know they are in great hands ❤️”

“Sady was great coming by to check on our pups! She was quick to respond and adaptable when I had to provide some updated info last minute. She also sent really cute pictures😊”

“Laura was fantastic. She took extra precaution with feeding and safety. She communicated well and send lots of cute pictures. She also played with the kitties and they enjoyed her very much.”

About: I have more than 20 years of experience as a dog walker and pet sitter, a degree from SLU in animal behavior and postgraduate studies in animal management. Please note that at any given time, I might have three dogs in the house, so I can only offer my boarding services to dogs that are not aggressive and that get on well with other dogs. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. Your dog will benefit from 3 daily walks and we will be going to the local parks at least once a day. I have a very big fenced garden and I live in a quiet area near Tower Grove, with plenty of green space around us. I also have security camaras, to make sure that the pets are ok when I am not in the house.
“Abby was a great help and captured some entertaining and sweet pictures of my 3 cats while I was away. One of my cats has medical needs that always leaves me anxious when I'm away. But Abby's detailed updates each visit really helped ease that anxiety. Which also allowed me to enjoy my trip more. All 3 cats were taken care of wonderfully!”

“Sarah was great with Wallace! He’s a little skittish (or a lot - he hid under my couch) around new people but she worked with him and definitely earned his trust. Really appreciated the in depth visit descriptions that definitely helped put my mind at ease.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog person — there’s never been a time in my life without one! These days, my chocolate lab is enjoying his well-earned retirement (walks are officially off his agenda), which means I have all this love and energy to give. I would absolutely love to be your dog’s favorite part of the day! I currently work full time, as a hybrid employee so I’m working for home at least two days for home with a flexible schedule. That gives me plenty of time to walk your dog or check in on them. For drop in visits and dog walking, I would follow your request for your dogs needs. At this time, I am not doing overnight stays

“Kyani was great with our high energy husky while we went for a weekend away! She was very responsive, sent over photos and reports and took great care of our dog! Thank you!”

“Brooke goes above and beyond!! I got back on rover after a few years and Brooke was fantastic with my puppy dog and put me right at ease! She has great communication and is very quick to respond—highly recommended!!”

About: Hi, I'm Emma! By day, I’m a geologist working in brewing operations, but on the weekends, my focus is entirely on providing attentive care for your pets. My professional background means I am incredibly detail-oriented, reliable, and strictly adhere to schedules and routines. My love for animals goes beyond standard pet sitting. I have experience volunteering at The Creature Conservancy in Ann Arbor, MI, where I learned all about animal welfare, and I spent my years in grad school learning about human impacts on urban ecosystems. I also have a deep empathy for rescues and medical care. I personally rescued and successfully nursed my own street cat back to full health, so I am no stranger to administering specialized care, monitoring health cues, and giving extra patience to timid or sensitive animals. I also grew up with sweet rescue dogs- one miniature pinscher, and one Labrador/pitbull mix! Because I work a structured schedule during the week, my weekends are completely dedicated to making sure your pets are safe, happy, and loved. Whether your pet needs high-energy play or gentle, attentive companionship, I'm here to treat them like my own! My schedule allows me to offer dedicated cat care primarily on weekends and Mondays, which are my most flexible days for extended visits and playtime. Additionally, I am available for some early morning/evening drop-ins during the week to make sure your cats are fed, scooped, and loved before the workday begins. Because I maintain a consistent routine, you can count on me to arrive reliably at the specific times your cat expects their meals or medication. Safety and trust are my top priorities when entering your home. As a cat owner who has managed medical recovery, I am hyper-vigilant about environmental safety, including double-checking that windows and doors are securely shut, and ensuring all hazardous items are well out of reach. I respect that cats are territorial, so I focus on keeping their environment calm, clean, and consistent. I will provide detailed daily updates and photos so you have total peace of mind that your home is secure and your cat is thriving.
About: Hey, I’m Elizabeth! I grew up with dogs and now have my own playful pup, Lorax (2 years, 6 months). From time to time, I also foster through Stray Rescue STL, which has given me experience caring for dogs with different needs, personalities, and ages. I provide a safe, caring environment where every dog feels comfortable—whether that means long walks, active playtime, or simply lots of love and attention. Your pup will be treated like family while in my care. I take dog-sitting very seriously. When I am dog-sitting, I prioritize it and my schedule revolves around taking care of them as best as I can. While under my care I stay with them at all times when going outside and on schedule with their food and if they take medication.
“Hannah was great taking care of my cat for a quick drop in visit. She was able to refill his food and clean his litter box. Unfortunately my cat was not in the mood to meet strangers and Hannah knew to just say hello from afar and not push it!”

About: My big brother was a black Lab; I've been around dogs my entire life. I started helping with care when I was in high school and I've never stopped. I'm unafraid of barkers, can deal with biters, and can bathe pretty much any dog. I love spending time with them and I'd love to help with yours! I have a single Pittie currently, but have had the privilege to raise a Rat Terrier (👼), a Pitt Bull mix and a German Shepherd/Chow mix in the past. I'm a parent, so I can walk and visit your pals during the day, generally 8 AM to 3 PM. Some weekends may be available, please feel free to ask. Currently, I cannot board your pets, but I hope to be able to do it in the near future. Please check back with me soon!

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Mount Pleasant
Debbie was such a conscientious cat sitter! She took the time to get to know about my cat and also our house/ the intricacies of our front door lock. Her communication was also great and prompt! She left everything tidy. I really appreciated the peace of mind knowing Debbie was checking in on our cat.

Sharon was great! She sent thorough reports back for each visit and was always very responsive. One of my cats hides for almost all strangers, and she came out for Sharon every time! We came home to happy pets and clean pet areas. I'd absolutely recommend her.

Jamie was amazing. He took excellent care of our two young cats and provided rover-card feedback and photos every day we were gone. He was even able to stop by a couple of impromptu extra times when we need help with unforeseen issues. Best petsitter ever. We will definitely seek his services again next time we have to leave the fur-babies.

As always we are so grateful for your first class care Uğur! The boys were happy and healthy upon our return. I cannot express enough the difference in how I feel when we are away now knowing that they are under your watch. Thank you so much for all the photos and videos each day its such a relief to see them so happy.

Taylor went above and beyond watching my cat. She made sure to play with her and could tell she cleaned up after since my feline requires thawed food. She remembered to do a few small tasks I mentioned only during the initial visit and was shocked by her great memory. Not to mention the cutest pictures. She even went back to check on my girl to comfort her during fireworks voluntarily! Glad I found her and will be recommending to anyone who needs a sitter.

I would 100% recommend Charnell. She took great care of Attila and the pictures she sent were very cute. She also responded very quickly whenever I had a problem, she made the whole process incredibly easy. I will probably use her again if I ever need a cat sitter

Gabbie is great! My pup is pretty shy and going through some health concerns. Gabbie was attentive to what my dog needs, has been consistently on-time and has built up trust with her in the span of a week. Sadie seems really excited when Gabbie comes by and seems to enjoy their mid-day play sessions!

Kyani always goes above and beyond for our fur babies. She even noticed a precautionary water advisory and made sure to go get jugs of filtered water for them. My husband and I are so impressed by her level of attention and care for our doggies and it gives us such peace of mind while away.
