These days, my chocolate lab is enjoying his well-earned retirement (walks are officially off his agenda), which means I have all this love and energy to give. I would absolutely love to be your dog’s favorite part of the day! I currently work full time, as a hybrid employee so I’m working for home at least two days for home with a flexible schedule. My schedule is wide open from late May through mid-August, meaning I am home throughout the day to provide frequent potty breaks, backyard playtime, and plenty of companionship. Weekly Availability: I offer a rotating schedule for boarding. My calendar is always kept up-to-date, so you can easily see which days I am open for overnight stays or daycare only. About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have cared for everything from reptiles to rodents to larger 4-legged creatures. I spontaneously rescued a dog 20 years ago which ended up being one of the best decisions of my life. I spent 15 years with my little buddy exploring trails, taking car rides, lazily cuddling on the couch and having lots of one-way conversations. He unfortunately passed away a happy old man but during that time, taught me patience, dedication, playfulness and gave me a special appreciation for dogs. I have vast experience being around a variety of dogs of all shapes, sizes and personality types. I overall just enjoy being around dogs and caring for them (I'm definitely that guy asking strangers if I can pet their dog ). I look forward to sitting your animals and providing you a great service if we match. I work from home in an office setting during the week so I would be around the house most of the time to keep tabs on things and for backyard potty breaks (have a fenced in backyard). During the week, I would be available before 8:00am, during my lunch break and after 4:30pm for walks or to stop by your house for check-ins. On weekends, I am not working so I would be available all day. I live next to Tower Grove Park and enjoying spending time outside or walking in the park. I have a cozy home with a small fenced-in backyard that is perfect for small to medium sized dogs. Meet and greets are free unless you need more than one before the stay, then the first meet and greet is free. I'm also experienced in multi-pet homes where one or more pets are seniors/special needs and other pets are high energy or puppies/kittens. I have experience caring for pets who are recovering from operations as well. If your pet does need Constant care, we can negotiate a price that works for you. I've always had pets. I have always had cats, dogs, guinnea pigs, or ferrets. I'm versed in many kinds of animals and am happy to care additional small animals if needed. Short notice is ok as long as there are at least 2 days between the time I'm asked and the time of the stay so that there's time for a meet and greet. For repeat customers, I accept even same-day requests. I work 8 hours, 4 days a week. Since we do petsitting together, if there is a need for constant care, one of us will always be present in the home with your pet. Safety is my #1 priority when caring for your pets. I'm currently spending most of my time in Weldon Spring, MO planning my wedding and starting a small business. I spend about 8 days in Indiana every month to visit my fiancé, but those travel dates are very flexible and I can drive back as needed (4.5 hours away). I don't currently offer boarding services as I'm back in the family home, but I will be offering those as soon as I get a home. Stay tuned! If I'm in your home, I am following your rules. If I ever have a question of what is allowed, I will contact you. I will also be sure to ask many questions at our meet and greet to make sure your animal and I play with your rules. Consistency is key, and I will happily reinforce that with your animal.
About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. At one point I was taking care of 3 dogs. Currently helping my roommate train her small dogs! I am able to care for pets most nights and weekends! Can stay overnight or make a quick stop for potty breaks, walks, and lovings. I keep a relatively strict feeding schedule but know when to throw in some extra treats for fun. I do my best to exercise with pets and get their energy out in a safe manner.
About: I’ve had cats my whole life and have experience fostering sick kittens and mama cats. I have lived with dog roommates and loved taking them on long walks and runs! I would love to take care of your fur baby for you. I am a graduate student and work part time. Going on vacation? I have plenty of free time to look after your pets this summer! I will take care of your fur baby with empathy and attention to detail when it comes to their care routine. I live next to a park and would love to take them on long walks or runs!
