“Our dog Kota loved staying at Laura’s place. Laura is a patient, loving and intelligent caregiver. Excellent communication. Her house is set up well and there’s space for dogs both to play and to have quiet time. We will use Laura’s services again. Highly recommended!”

“Sarah opened her home to my girls and made them comfortable. They usually go to their granny's but all were going on this trip, so it was a very big deal for them to stay elsewhere. They played, walked, rested, and probably were questioning coming home, they were given so much attention. Sarah shared photos and even with a snowstorm ensured they were safe and had fun. I was very pleased. We will call upon sarah again!”

“Wonderful - took great care of my cat Arya for a week on short notice, and kept me updated with pictures and a note on how she was doing every day while I was gone. 10/10, I know who I’m calling next time I have to leave town!”

“Guinness had such a good time at Sidney's house with her dog. He was exhausted and a little sad to leave them. She sent videos and pictures so I could see what Guinness was up to. Ill definitely be using her again!”

“Lucy was fantastic with Koda! He's a high-energy adolescent shepherd mix, so I'm always grateful when I find someone who really understands dogs and is thoughtful about introductions, play, and group dynamics. She sent updates and videos throughout the weekend, which I appreciated so much, and it was clear that Koda was having an absolute blast. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. As a dog sitter myself, I can be a little picky about who I leave my dog with, and I would not hesitate to book with Lucy again. Highly recommend!”

“Jenna was super easy to communicate with and they took great care of our dog! Mo had the best time with them. We are super grateful they were willing to watch our very energetic dog :)”

“Mary was absolutely great with Lina. Lina has a medication schedule she stuck too, and despite her separation anxiety, Mary won her over quickly. She sent lots of updates so we felt reassured our dog was in good hands. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Tilly was so loved and cared for, I wasn't sure she'd want to come back home with me! I was so appreciative of the communication with updated photos and videos; I'm also grated for helps with behavior modifications since my dog is a foster and still learning the ropes. Highly recommended!”

“We appreciated Nana taking on Mowgli for a few days. She always kept us updated and welcomed Mowgli to her home. I appreciated the pictures and detailed updates throughout his stay. Mowgli was very happy since he got to play a lot and was very well taken care of.”

“Nicole and Tim do great with our dog. She ran straight up to the door on drop off and was excited to see them again! Nicole and Tim send frequent updates and pictures and we feel very comfortable that all her needs are met. Would recommend to others looking for someone to care for their pets.”

“Elizabeth took such great care of Finley! She wrapped her up in a blanket when she noticed Finley getting scared of a thunderstorm. Her dog Lorax was also so sweet. They have a lovely home with a nice backyard. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!”

“Milo had a great stay at Paula’s. She made him feel very comfortable and was also very responsive. I also got his photos while we were away. 😊 Milo will definitely return. Highly recommend Paula if you are looking for a great pet sitter.”

“Adolfo was a great choice for my anxious pup! He has experience managing dogs who can be a little rough during play time (which mine is) and keeps a consistent daily routine with lots of outdoor playtime and naps. He was very communicative and sent lots of videos and pics of my baby throughout her stay so I knew she was safe and having fun. The only caveat I would mention is that Adolfo may not be most suitable for dogs with complex medical needs. Mine got a bad ear infection right before my trip; she’s resistant to medication and doesn’t like strangers touching her at all, so Adolfo had a harder time getting her to take her meds multiple times a day. He did a great job in a tough situation and was open about that being a bit outside of his skill level, but it’s definitely something to consider if you have a pup that needs lots of daily meds.”

“Reba is wonderful! She took amazing care of my girl, Penny. Penny has a bunch of quirks that don’t make it easy to care for her but I knew she was in wonderful hands with Reba. I highly recommend her!!”

“Kelsey and Boen were awesome! They were super easy to work with and we trusted them fully. They provided pictures and updates. They were very responsive and flexible. We’d gladly book them again for future visits!!”

“Our pup absolutely loved every minute staying with Shaina! Each photo update was adorable and she was incredibly kind and flexible when our travel plans shifted which was an added bonus. We can’t wait to book with her again!!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have helped take care of our family dogs since I was a little kid. I’ve also helped care for a few friends’ dogs, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different personalities and needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I work full time at chick fil a 5 days a week. I usually work mid shifts like 7-4, 8-5, 11-5 about 4 days a week and I always do some type of activity with my dog before I leave as well as feeding and letting him out. After I am always down to having fun with the pups! I have a fenced in backyard with one very playful, sweet pup who wants to be friends with every animal he meets! He’s very energetic so we are always going to the nearest park (which is basically right behind my house) or on a walk or playing in the yard! I also love to take the pups on a joy ride to get treats or just get some breeze!

“Sheldyn was an amazing dog sitter, and we would highly recommend her! Before watching our dogs, she took the time to meet with them and really understand their personalities, routines, and the care they needed. She was incredibly flexible with their schedules and treated both of our dogs with so much care and attention. We loved receiving regular updates about how they were doing, and she was always quick to let us know if she noticed anything that might be a concern. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about our dogs, which made us feel completely at ease knowing they were in good hands. About: I have several years of prior veterinary technician experience, and have worked with and/or pet sit cats of all kinds with many different needs. About: Hello! My name is Medona but I prefer to go by Ruby! I grew up with dogs in my house and pets have become family members. I literally take them out every time I'm out hiking, shopping, picnics, etc. I have experience working with kids and the elderly so I am very patient and responsible. As a person who loves what Utah has to offer, I would love to have a buddy with me to hit the hiking trails. I'm more than willing to work along your regular schedule for your dogs regarding feeding, walk, and medication time too. As a dog owner myself, I get very anxious about how my favorite boy is doing so I usually send daily updates to make sure you have peace of mind. My partner takes care of my dog (Mani) when I'm watching other pets so there would be no interactions with Mani unless you feel comfortable! Contact me with any questions and I look forward to meeting your fur babies! :) I'm currently working a full time job but can come during lunch breaks to check up on them. My weekend starts at noon on Friday.
“Alora was obviously comfortable, is definitely tuckered despite the rain, and we especially appreciate Jon & Alex accommodating Alora's protests of not joining me at work :) great daycare hosts!”

“My dog Taku and I relocated here from Michigan recently. We have no family or friends here in Illinois. I was so stressed and anxious on what I will do with Taku while I’m at work or a long day or long weekend. Taku has separation anxiety where if he’s left alone, he will cry and bark the whole entire time. Then I found Jeena on Rover! She was so accommodating! She allowed Taku and I to come meet her and her cats to see if they all got along, before we booked her for a half day of day care. Taku did really well at her place! He felt comfortable and when I went to pick him up, he was happy and well taken care of. It seemed like he really loved her already and he gave her kisses goodbye! We will definitely be using Jeena again!! We feel so lucky to have found her!!!! Thanks Jeena and Rover!”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. My family has always had dogs and cats, and my brother raises horses, so I’ve been exposed to animals big and small. I also helped my little cousins care for their variety of pets—including hamsters, guinea pigs, and even hedgehogs—so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs. On a personal level, I raised and trained both a German Shepherd and a Pitbull from puppyhood, giving me hands-on experience with exercise, obedience, and building trust with strong, energetic breeds. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping pets comfortable and happy, I treat every animal as if they were my own. Since I work from home, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. I have plenty of time and flexibility to give pets the attention they need—whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company. Because I’m home throughout the day, I’m also able to provide boarding and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for around the clock. I live in an apartment, but the area is very pet-friendly and perfect for daily walks—I’m also just minutes from Forest Park, which is great for longer strolls and playtime. I can crate pets if needed, and I always make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. Whether in my home or a client’s, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy.
“Shannon and Daniel are great people. Friendly, accommodating and took great care of Sadie. She was very happy when I picked her up and she slept most of the 2.5 hr drive home. They went above and beyond helping me locate a central location to meet my sister and her family to ride together to the Cardinals’ game. I will definitely use them again next time I’m in St Louis.”

About: I've spent much of my life living with and caring for dogs--from growing up with dogs throughout childhood, to helping care for dogs as an adult, to having Spencer, my most recent dog. I don't currently have pets of my own, which means visiting dogs get my full attention and don't have to adjust to unfamiliar resident animals. I genuinely miss having a dog around! I work from home and love the idea of giving someone's dog a cozy, low-stress place to stay while their humans are away. I intentionally accept dogs from only one household at a time, so I'm able to get to know their routine, personality, and quirks and make sure they get lots of individual attention. I have a dog door that suits a large dog and a fenced-in backyard in beautiful Southwest Garden, across from The Hill. I'm comfortable following detailed feeding and medication instructions and am happy to care for senior dogs. I'm currently focusing on friendly, reliably housetrained adult small and medium dogs that I can comfortably handle on leash. I prefer a meet-and-greet before a first stay so that both the dog and I can ensure we're comfortable together. And I love sending photos and updates! Getting pictures of Spencer when I traveled always made me happy, so I'm delighted to do the same for you. I work from home Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm, so I’m home much of the day and can easily fit walks, playtime, meals, potty breaks, and plenty of attention into my routine. I live on a quiet, tree-lined street with sidewalks and no through traffic, just ten houses from Sublette Park. I love walking the perimeter of the park, so dogs who enjoy walks will have plenty of opportunities to get out and "sniff the puppy newspaper." I’m happy to take dogs for several walks a day depending on their normal routine and energy level. I do leave the house for errands and activities, so dogs should be comfortable relaxing at home alone for a few hours at a time. I have a quiet, dog-friendly home with no resident pets, and I only host dogs from one household at a time. I have a large, fully fenced privacy backyard for supervised play and potty breaks, plus a dog door that can be closed and locked when needed. Dogs are welcome to relax on my large couch, which is always covered with waterproof pet blankets. At night, dogs can sleep in their own crate in my downstairs den, on the couch, or--if they’re well behaved without a crate--on a dog bed in my bedroom. I don’t provide a crate, so owners should bring one if their dog needs it. I prefer to meet new dogs before their first stay so I can learn their routine and make sure I can handle them comfortably and safely. I’m currently best suited for friendly, reliably housetrained adult dogs who aren’t strong pullers, destructive chewers, or determined escape artists.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a kid. Most recently raising a German shepherd for the last 10 years! I love long walks with the pups and tending to their needs. My days start and end with walks, so the pup will accompany me on all of those or spend time in the backyard while I garden. I have a fence where the dog can have ample space to run around and roam free. Or they can relax inside during the hot summer days.
“We’ve been working with Morgan consistently over the past 6 months and she has been absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly communicative and reliable giving us complete peace of mind. We trust her completely and would recommend her without hesitation to any of our close friends and family!!”

“Our dog Lilly gets so excited when she sees Jeena! Jeena was available very last minute to walk Lilly every day this week after Lilly’s dad injured his foot and could not do it. We will definitely book Jeena in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of many breeds, sizes, and energy levels. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and provide in-home care while they’re away. I’m comfortable following specific routines, handling leash walks, and making sure dogs feel safe, calm, and well cared for in their own environment. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine, and I’m able to plan my days around walks, feeding schedules, and visits. I’m dependable, organized, and make sure pets receive consistent care and attention. I take safety and trust very seriously when caring for pets in a client’s home. I follow all instructions closely, respect routines, and make sure pets are secure and comfortable at all times. I keep spaces clean, double-check doors and gates, and provide calm, attentive care.

About: Hi! I’m Erin, and I’m currently accepting new pet sitting clients in the St. Louis area. I work at Saint Louis University and also work part-time as a caregiver, so being dependable, responsible, and communicative is a huge part of my everyday life. I’m a lifelong dog owner and currently have a Lab mix of my own, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, feeding, potty breaks, medication administration (oral medications), playtime, and overnight pet sitting. I provide regular photo and text updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only accepting dog and other non-cat household pet clients at this time. If you’re looking for someone reliable who will care for your dog like family, I’d love to connect. Feel free to message me with your location, dates, and what services you’re looking for. I currently have a full time role at SLU that offers remote days and flexible hours. I am able to adjust my schedule to manage both. I am very comfortable working with larger energetic dogs and those who may be a bit more timid. My family dog is a bull mastiff boxer mix who can run around for hours on end and my dog is an anxious couch potato through and through.

About: I grew up around dogs and have been a 2x cat mom for 5 years. I frequently pet sit for friends. I’ll treat your pets like my own! I work a full time job but I do have a lot of free time. About: Of course you want your fur baby to be treated like family while you're away. That's exactly how I treat every pet in my care -- with lots of love, attention, scratches, belly rubs, playtime, and cuddles! Your dog will also have plenty of opportunities to enjoy our fenced backyard throughout the day. I live with two other animal lovers, my mom and boyfriend, so there are always multiple people around to keep an eye on your pet, let them outside, and give them extra attention. My mom proudly acts as “Grandma” to every animal who comes through our door! My boyfriend, Jacob, is the cuddle king. Even our Sprinkles, who is normally wary of men, has absolutely adored him from the very beginning. I got my first dog when I was 11, but I loved animals long before then. My first official pet-sitting job came when I was just 12, and I've continued caring for animals ever since. I can care for puppies, senior dogs, and everything in between. I'm also experienced with administering medications to pets, both oral and injectable. I've personally experienced what it's like to leave your pets with a sitter and come away feeling disappointed, even a little heartbroken, by the level of care they received. That experience stayed with me, and it's a big part of why I approach pet sitting the way I do. I want you to feel confident that your pet is receiving the kind of loving, attentive, above-and-beyond care I would want for my own animals. You shouldn't have to worry about whether they're being cared for, getting enough attention, or being loved while you're away. Let me love on your pet when you can't, and rest assured that they're in good hands! 💜 I recently transitioned back into self-employment, working from home as a health coach, which gives me lots of flexibility in my schedule for the joys and responsibilities of caring for pets. Because I work from home, I can give your pet plenty of attention throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long stretches. I can provide walks, backyard time, playtime, cuddles, and potty breaks throughout the day, and I can easily turn my attention to your pet whenever they need me. My flexible schedule also allows me to accommodate different routines and the individual needs of each pet, as well as work with your schedule when you're arranging drop-off and pick-up times. If your dog loves spending time outside, they'll love our fenced backyard, with plenty of grass to explore, sniff, and roll around in. We live just blocks from Carondelet Park, too, so dogs who enjoy longer walks will have the opportunity to explore the park and get some extra exercise and enrichment. Inside our home, they'll have room to enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs areas and find a comfortable spot to relax. My home office and “Grandma's” living quarters are upstairs, while my boyfriend and I share the downstairs living space. We also have a door that separates the two levels, which allows us to create a separate space for your dog when needed, whether for safety or just to give them some quiet time and a break from our own animals. When introducing a new dog to our pets, we take things gradually and don't expect everyone to become instant best friends. We allow them to get comfortable with each other's presence, supervise their interactions, and give them separate spaces whenever needed. Every dog has a different personality and comfort level, so we let their behavior guide the pace rather than forcing interaction. I always want pets in my care to have a safe, comfortable environment where they can relax and be themselves while their people are away.
“Our Rolo was always treated like family while visiting Walter’s. We received happy puppy pics and behavior updates every day. Walter is always diligent in keeping up with our aging bulldog’s extra hygiene and medication requirements. Thanks so much Walter. Rolo will miss you after we move.”

“We cannot recommend Sarah enough! From the moment she met our dog, she was patient, calm, and deeply knowledgeable. While we were away for over a week, we received daily photo updates and detailed texts that gave us total peace of mind. Our dog most definitely got more attention and pampering than she does at home:) When we came home, our pup was relaxed, happy, and clearly well-cared for. We look forward to using Sarah on our next trip! Thank you, Sarah!!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have loved caring for them from a young age! I grew up helping take care of our family dogs, so feeding, walking, playing, and giving lots of love and attention have always been a normal part of my life. I’ve also helped care for friends’ dogs when they’ve needed an extra hand. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’ll always do my best to make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! 🐾❤️ I typically work from 7 AM–4 PM during the week, but outside of those hours I have plenty of time to give your pup lots of love and attention! My weekends are usually free, which gives me even more flexibility for walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Your pup will have a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while staying with me! I have a fenced-in yard where they can safely run around, play, and enjoy some fresh air. Inside, they’ll be able to free roam and make themselves at home. They will receive lots of love.
“Jessica has been the absolute best thing to happen to our family since relocating to St. Louis. We toured every boarding facility in the area, and I left each one feeling heartbroken. The tiny cages, constant noise, and extremely high prices were overwhelming, and there was no way I could leave our dogs there. Jessica cared for our two Australian Shepherds for nearly two weeks, and it was such a relief knowing they were safe, loved, and treated like family in her home. They also adored playing with her sweet puppy, Cooper, and all got along wonderfully. We are so grateful to have found her and could not recommend her more highly!”

“Our dog enjoyed her stay at Katie’s! Katie was attentive to her needs and her dog got along great with ours. Katie’s home is cozy and Finley enjoyed the large backyard. I hope to be able to rebook with her in the future!”

“Julia is awesome! Our dog is very shy and sensitive, and I was so worried to leave her for 2 weeks. But Julia took great care of her and sent us daily picture to comfort the nervous owner. And I saw our dog Mango was getting comfortable and relaxed every day. Also our flight got cancelled and there was a chance that we might need to pick her up at the midnight and Julia said that was totally fine. She was very responsive and easy to talk with. We really appreciate and we will definitely come back to her for the next trip.”
