“Anthony is fantastic with our dog, Maverick! Maverick is a bit anxious with new people but finding out that our neighbor was on rover was perfect for him! Anthony is super responsive and easy to book with and very reliable! He is understanding of Maverick’s leash reactivity and making sure that Maverick is safe and happy on his walks is his top priority. We recommend Anthony’s services and are excited to continue to book with him for our dog!”

4. Briana C.
“Briana is extremely punctual, excellent communicator, and takes amazing care of my baby boy Keeper as if he’s her own. I highly recommend. One of the most reliable people on Rover in a long time. And I’ve lived in NYC, LA, Atlanta, and Miami.”
5. Javier O.
“Javier is my brother. He is one of the most kind hearted, loving, and sincere person you will ever meet. Animals must sense that he has a special love for them. I say this because animals flock to him. He has rescued and brought home many stray animals, such as dogs cats birds pigeons turtles, and I'm sure there are many more that I probably can't recall at this time, that he found either lost or with some type of issue or disability. My brother loves animals and animals love him. Growing up he was constantly bringing a different animal home. Or people that he knew would ask him to take their pets when they couldn't keep them. He is an amazing brother son friend and definately the best caretaker for any animal. He is definately is the person you want taking care of your pets. You are very fortunate to have Javier and the animals will be very fortunate to have him!”
6. amanda c.
“Amanda is the best. My golden retriever Duke is full of energy and not fond of many people. But whenever he sees Amanda he gets so excited and runs to her. She really knows how to make him feel loved and me feel safe about him being in good hands.”
7. Mateo I.
About: I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animal and I believe care and comfort is best achieved through maintaining consistency for your pet and providing them with plenty of attention, making sure they get fed on time, have their daily walks, and most importantly got some affection and playtime from me as well. I moved over to Rover from TrustedHouseSitters where my partner and I house/pet sit for others. I have housesit for 9 different hosts for a total of 90 nights, caring for both cats and dogs, and we had a 5-star review from all of our hosts which you can see in my pictures. My experience as a teacher has prepped me for taking care of people’s little ones at the same time and I hope to bring that experience with me when I get to know you and your pet! I enjoy running, so if your have a very active dog that would enjoy going on a run with me, I would be happy to take them with me in the morning or evening. I just finished my Master’s program for teaching and am giving myself some time off to rest, travel, and take care of pets! So I’m currently wide open in availability except for the times I am away traveling With my experience housesitting, I'm used to caring for pets and a host's home! I'm communicative and love sending updates/pictures of how everyone is doing. I prioritize maintaining a clean space, a set feeding and walking schedule, and spending time with the dogs to give them good company. I'm careful when it comes to walks and stick to the sidewalks, quiet roads, and parks. I am male, so if your dog is aggressive around men, please keep my safety in mind as well.

11. Joshua R.
About: I’ve been a dog-walker for over 10 years. Developed long-term bonds with owners and pets. I prioritize animal safety at all times! I’ve had the responsibility of being a pet owner since I was 10 years old. I honestly love animals. It’s therapeutic! My schedule is pretty flexible throughout the day. I like to take nice walks and have playtime with my pets to get the day started. With a mixture of feeding and training exercises to stimulate the dog. I treat every pet as if it were my own. I maintain a regular routine by providing consistent feeding times, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and any necessary medications, while also ensuring their safety and comfort within the environment.
12. Cypress J.
“Cypress handled my large, high-energy dog very well. Jackson was always excited to walk with her and always came back happy and tired, so I knew she was taking care of him. She was able to handle him well whenever he saw distractions and triggers. I would definitely recommend her and rebook her in the future.”
13. Mykaela B.
“Mykaela would make an amazing Rover pet sitter. She is an animal lover and exhibits patience and kindness to all animals, big and small. My Jack Russell, Sage, absolutely loves her. There is no doubt in my mind that Mykaela exhibits a great level of responsibility with pets left in her care and I would have no hesitation in using her as a trusted sitter for my baby.”
14. Sasha M.
“I had the pleasure of having Sasha walk my dogs for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I appreciate her commitment to making sure my pets had a great experience. I’m looking forward to having Sasha walk my dogs again and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated and reliable pet walker.”

About: I grew up taking care of animals: dogs, horses, cats and cows so I have a ton of experience and common sense. I'm okay with all kinds of dogs, I'm reliable, punctual and will take care of your dog like he/she was my own! I've owned small and big dogs before, and currently I have a Rottweiler mix. I only walk one dog at a time (unless there are multiple dogs in the same home who can be taken out together). I work from home so my schedule is flexible and I can care for pets and do walks from early morning until late evening. Get in touch! I do sitting at clients home and will walk, feed, and provide play time and relaxation. At the moment, I don’t offer boarding at my home.

20. Marlita M.
“Marli has been taking our dog on weekly walks for several months and she has house-sat for us on multiple occasions as well. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with since Day 1. She is quick to respond, always prompt, and most importantly, our dog really enjoys spending time with her. We have a large dog that has medical needs and she can sometimes be difficult when getting to know new people. Marli demonstrated tremendous patience and kindness with her and she was able to gain her trust as a result. We are incredibly grateful for that. We would HIGHLY recommend Marli to anyone looking for a kind, passionate, and highly communicative caretaker for their pet. Thanks Marli :)”
