About: I will take care of any animal and have years of experience doing so. I love all breeds and I own two large breed dogs myself, along with my pig who thinks he is a dog. I graduated from WVU in August with my masters degree in forensic and fraud examination, and am currently teaching full time. I am available most weekends for full day in-home sitting, and am available from 3-10pm Monday through Friday. If needed, and you are located close enough, I am available for early morning walks and drop in visits between 4:30am and 6:30am. My schedule consists of waking up every morning, taking care of my many many farm animals, going to work and reading in my free time. I also love going to the gym. About: I have had pets all my life. Right now I have a rescue dog from China and another dog I just adopted from the culpeper shelter! I have 2 cats as well. One of my cats is a tripod therefore needs extra attention. The other cat is an orange boy so you know he’s a handful. I am in between jobs so I have plenty of time watch your pup! Though many people believe that it does not take a lot of experience to be good at dog sitting, it actually requires a number of skills. Consider first, how much you love your pets, and how you would feel if they were lost, taken for granted, and/or mistreated by an individual you are paying. This is why you must have a candidate who knows about different breeds of dogs, is on time, and know how to care for dogs in feeding, playing, and walking dogs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
