About: You can relax, knowing your pup will be treated like one of our own. My family has years of experience working with several different breeds and temperaments. We love them all and we’ll give them the very best care! I also have years of experience pet sitting, as well as, dog walking. We have fostered so many amazing pups and love to make their lives better. I’m home Monday through Friday so your pup will never be alone. I have had several clients that I enjoyed working with very much. I provide security inside and outside and give each pup lots of love and attention. I have a large fenced in yard, your pup will have full access to. They will be let out several times a day and played with. I have three small pups of my own, all under 35 pounds. I take the time to meet every client before their first stay to ensure everyone gets along and so you can see where your pup will be staying. There is also have a separate space to give new pups the opportunity to have alone time.

About: I've owned and cared for pets of all sorts, as well as show and farm animals, since I was a small child. I love them all and they all usually love me, even the one's people say don't like men/people. I'm also big and boisterous, equating to perfect (but kind) dominance and control, as well as capabilities the average person might not be able to do, like separating dog fights or controlling unruly large animals. I'm currently self-employeed and can craft my schedule at will to fit any needs! Available for walks, sitting, overnight boarding, and pop in visits at all times. I have 3 dogs, 6 cats, and a frog. Large home and almost a half acre yard, fence coming soon. I am no stranger to all types of animals and animal care.

About: I’ve owned dogs, cats, and horses my entire life. I’ve been dog sitting for others for 7 years. I’ve owned dogs with behavioral issues from resource guarding to fear reactivity towards other people and animals and medical needs like Degenerative Myelopathy, ACL tears, dental disease, and an enlarged heart requiring specialized attention and care. I am a lead volunteer trainer of new volunteer dog handlers at the Harrisburg Humane Society. When I’m not training new volunteers, I handle dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, behavioral, and medical needs. I’ve taken dogs to off site events for exposure and I’m an adoption counselor helping pair families with the right dog for their home. I have worked with rescue and foster dogs. I will make sure that your dog’s needs are met and will meet them at their level while helping them grow. I will work on patience and consistency, and I will even work on commands with them. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once as well. Your dog’s needs will be met and they will be just as loved and happy until you get home to them! I am currently a high school English teacher and pursuing my Masters in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership while also running volunteer trainings at the Humane Society of Harrisburg weekly. I used to waitress part-time 45 minutes away, but it became too much with my work and school schedule. I love working with people and animals while educating both and this allows me the flexibility to do what I love. From the end of August-middle of June I primarily have hours after 4 and through the evening during the week. While I am on breaks throughout the year and during summer, my availability is open during the mornings and daytime as well. I can be flexible on weekends depending on the time and day! I will meet every need you have for your dog or cat. I am reliable, patient, and consistent. I can work on things your pet is struggling with like impulse control, commands, leash walking, etc. I am comfortable crating and separating pets as needed. If your dog has reactivity with new people or other animals - I have an extra soft spot for them as my own pets have struggled with that. I will do slow introductions to make sure your pet is building a relationship with me that is safe and comfortable at their pace. Consistency, patience, and structure is key. I can provide a mix of walks and play time as well as enrichment if the weather is bad. I do not mind the weather changes or daylight changes as their needs come first. Even if your dog wants a quick walk and cuddle time, we will do what they need. I will also communicate with you each time by sending a detailed pet update or report card so you know how they are doing.

About: I have owned pets my whole life, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, frogs, fish, ferrets and now a flock of chickens. Each pet is an incredible responsibility that can bring great joy. Family and friends know they can count on me to help with any pet needs. Be it overnight stays, dog walks, food and water checks and even just a quick stop to snuggle. I am a stepmom, dog mom and substitute teacher, I have a flexible schedule out of school hours and am able to work around kids schedules to make almost anything work. Over the summer I am more free and able to help more. I walk my own dog multiple times a day, as well as spend time playing and snuggling. I have a routine with my flock of chickens for feeding time and creating ways to keep them occupied. My dog is on a scheduled food routine and receives treats throughout the day. My son has a bunny, to which he has a daily routine of playtime and cleaning. I am a person who is great with direction and routine, working to make sure an animal has adequate time for play, food and rest.

About: I have a lot of years with experience with dogs, I've had dogs my whole life! I love any type of animal especially dogs and I'll love them like their my own. I am available usually whenever! I am a stay at home mom and we’re always looking for a way to get out! Haha my daughter absolutely loves dogs as well! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs here as well who love to play with other dogs and get along very easily with them! I am currently a stay at home mom. Im just trying to earn a little extra money to cover some bills amd whats better than caring for animals! My daughter is in school so having my own schedule makes my pick up/drop off times very easy to manage. I can play, feed and just hangout with your animals! I have two dogs in my house i get outside with everyday and I can do the same for yours!

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for almost my whole life and I have experience caring for them on both an emotional and physical level. I am currently a college student, so I’ll have plenty of time to drop by during the day and to stay over night! I am available every week day other than Tuesdays, and I’m available most weekends. I am more than comfortable playing with cats and dogs, cuddling, and giving pets. I am also comfortable feeding them the correct proportions that are specified for each pet, taking them out for potty time, taking them out for walks (medium size dogs or smaller), and crating them if needed.

About: I have 5 years of experience with pet sitting. I grew up around dogs and cats and love them both equally. I currently have 1 dog and 7 cats, due to this I can handle different animals and different situations as well! I am currently working part-time, but I currently have open availability due to it being the summer months and not having college classes at the moment. When I am taking care of pets I make sure they have enough of food and water before leaving the house, and if they need to be in a certain room of the house or in a crate I make sure they are secured in that area of the home.

About: I have helped raise pets with my familu for most of my life, taking on more responsibility as I got older. I have helped family members take care of their dogs when they are away, taking them on walks and making sure they are fed on their regular schedule. I make sure that they get enough exercise to be tired out, but not exhausted. My family mostly had cats, and I have learned to interact with them on their terms, following their lead for the toys they want to play with, the treats they like, when they are fed, and how much and when they would like affection. I make sure that my cat is fed daily, monitoring her feeder and water fountain to make sure they are full and clean. Kitty litter is emptied once per week and scooped about every other day, since she has 2 boxes. The doors are always closed in my house and I would make sure they are closed in my client's house as well. When watching amily dogs, they are never off-leash unless it is in an enclosed area. Occasionally in my house, I have the interior door open, but the screen door closed, so my cat can experience the outside safely. I make sure any string based toys or any choking hazards are up out of the way, so my cat and client's pets can't get tangled up in them.
