She kept us updated, sent lots of pictures, and ensured us she was having a great time. She took our puppy on many walks and played with her lots! Her husband and her kids also loved the dog and got many pictures of them cuddling with her. I cannot recommend her enough, and went above and beyond! Mercedes is passionate about taking care of dogs and her kids and husband also have a deep love for animals. Next time we got out of town she will be the first person we call and recommend her to all our family and friends!”

We needed someone to watch our Cavapoo when all of our go-tos were unavailable. Was hesitant to use a stranger but Katie was so great with George and he really enjoyed his time with Katie and her family! We feel very lucky to have found her! She will absolutely be our first choice from now on.
Mark was great with answering my questions, and quick to respond to! Mark sent photos of how my dog was doing which I appreciated and made me feel like he was really being taken care of. He was great with my dog and I will not hesitate to ask Mark to watch him again.

Now this was my first time leaving my K9 baby with a personal boarder so I was scared. My dog is spoiled and However Mercedes was so thorough with the care for my dog it was comforting. She sent me many pics of her throughout the day to ease my fears. Then she sent us a sweet treat for our family upon our pick up of our dog, Mercedes is so sweet. I definitely would book her again.
Ella did a great job with Winston - a 20 week old puppy. It is not easy to take care of a teething, high-energy puppy. We did not know what to expect as this was the first time Winston was boarded with someone he didn't know for several days/nights. We received frequent updates with pictures. Winston enjoyed playing with her dog and fenced back yard. He didn't want to leave. We will definitely leverage her services in the future.
