“Toni was fantastic! She knew exactly how to approach our sassy senior ladies. She’s obviously a cat person. They took to her so well! They are not cuddly to strangers and by the end of the week, she was getting “hugs” and they were enjoying chin scratches. They are normally less than interested in playing and she had them engaged with the laser light. Toni was great with keeping us updated with thorough report cards and lots of pictures. “Mark went above and beyond taking care of our Old English Bulldog, Ned, while we were away for a week on vacation. He was quick to respond to our meet and greet and Ned liked him right away! He was efficient and quick in communication. He made sure Ned felt at ease and comfortable while he boarded with him. He sent photos and updates almost daily on how Ned was doing.
