7. Maurie Z.
“It was an absolute pleasure to have Maurie taking care of our cats and our house! She is very organized, prompt, proactive, thoughtful, and kind. Maurie has exceptional animal observation skills and quickly figured out how to make our two cats comfortable. She set up their toys and cat furniture to create a new and interesting environment for them. Maurie’s communication with us was outstanding – multiple pictures and communications every day! And from the pictures, it was pretty clear that the cats were enjoying being with her and enjoying life in general, which gave us great peace of mind. Maurie left the house clean and tidy and even cleaned our refrigerator shelves – wow! We whole-heartedly recommend Maurie!”

16. Leila J.
“Leila has always been there for us when we needed her. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to go to our family trips for the holidays or go on our cruise to the Bahamas when all the kennels were booked! She's been a reliable helping hand ever since we found her 3 years ago. Our dog, Rocky, has grown to love her so much that he just goes crazy whenever she walks in the door!”
17. Karolina S.
About: I have experience with puppies, highly energetic dogs, dogs seniors, and dogs recovering from surgery. I will be happy to help with feeding, basic training, basic grooming, and cleaning after your furry friend. I will make sure that she/he is safe and happy and I will update you after every visit. If I will notice something unusual I will definitely let you know. I'm stay home mom with flexible babysitting (nanny living next door). Depending on your schedule, I can take care of your pet any day between 9 am and 7 pm. I'm a little bit safety freak. I walk dogs on leash only. Only people I know can touch my dogs and my dogs can only play with dogs I know. Even if you have a fenced property, I will not leave your dog outside alone. Before I leave the house, I always make sure that the pets have clean water and food. I check if there is an open window or door somewhere. I always check that the door is properly locked.

“READ THIS REVIEW!!! Like seriously - just read it. Okay - I have to start this off by setting the tone for the kind of care I hope for and expect my two pups, Titus & Leia. I have a general "pet resume" that I use as a guide for anyone who cares for my pups, so that the expectations are clear for everyone, and so I can truly feel like I am doing everything within my power to ensure my babies will get the same level of love, care and attention that they get with me in my home. So need I further explain the high standards I have for pet care? hah! There would not be a world in which I could not write a review for Jon & Ashley after the level of care and genuine affection they showed my pups while I was away. After a last ditch effort to find someone who could do in-home pet sitting for me while I was to take a week long trip out of state during some really challenging personal circumstances, I found Jon & Ashley. I was hopeful that it could work out because they were available (with less than a weeks notice), and able to accommodate an in-home stay, even with the restriction I had with one of my pups (Leia), who does not really do well with other dogs outside of her brother (Titus). Within an hour or so of me sending my request, they promptly responded and we scheduled a meet & greet ASAP! Their home was beautiful, with an awesome neighborhood full of grassy areas and plenty of snuffle-friendly zones haha. We walked and talked, and hung around for a while to see how the pups comfortability would be - and it was fantastic - could not have asked for a better vibe. The biggest factor that I NEED you to understand is that, in the 8 years my pups and I have been enjoying life together, I had never - and I do mean never - left them with anyone they did not know, and especially not for a week. So I certainly still had my nerves about the ordeal. So - let's fast forward to my actual time away. While on my trip, they were fantastic about accommodating every little thing outlined in my care guide, and kept me up to date each day with pictures and monologues on my pups' days. A day or so into the weeklong stay, Ashely let me know that Leia, my sweet little girl, was clearly having separation anxiety and it had turned her little bum into a leaking poop-lava faucet ALL. WEEK. LONG. Just take a second and imagine the amount of work that goes into cleaning up watery diarrhea from a dog that can't help what's pouring of out of her butt, meanwhile she licks you because she is happy to be around you - that's my little one. haha I was equally saddened, concerned and mortified that this was going on in the first (and also lengthy) stay with Jon & Ashley. However, I seriously cannot write enough words to express how grateful I am that Jon & Ashley were the people this happened with. They were so caring and attentive to the concerns - and good God were they patient! They even went the extra mile to switch up her meals and prepare her HOMEMADE meals after going on special grocery runs to pickup supplies. They were truly incredible and went beyond what the average "pet-sitter" would do, and in fact treat the animals that they care for like their own family. The final note I'll mention here is this: I am a budget friendly gal. I'm a thrift-store, make-it-yourself, save where you can kind of woman. And if cost is something you are weighing in terms of comparison of a few bucks a day and you have the means to do it - PAY THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS. It is so worth it if you have a desire to truly make sure your pups are not just tolerated and kept alive, but actually loved and cared for while you're away. -- Thanks Jon & Ashley! (Titus and Leia thank you will their whole little butt-waggling body & hearts!)”
19. Ashley K.
“It was my first time using the Rover app. Ashley walked my pup and was well acquainted with all 3 of my doggies. Ashley is so kind and very knowledgeable. I've grown especially fond of Ashley because she is sincere, caring, and above all, outgoing. Thank you so much!”
20. Brianna B.
“Brianna is one of the most caring and dedicated pet owners I have ever known. She is always checking up on her pet's health and well being, always making sure they are as comfortable as possible. She constantly puts the care and health of her pets above all else.”
