About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for dogs with a wide range of needs. I currently care for three dogs of my own, including a senior dog who requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care. I also cared for my previous dog throughout his battle with epilepsy. Administering his medication on schedule and staying with him during and after his seizures taught me how important it is to remain calm, attentive, and compassionate during stressful situations. Because of these experiences, I'm comfortable caring for senior pets, administering oral medications, and providing extra attention to animals with special needs. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. About: I have taken care or animals for the past 8 years. I have been utilized by my friends and family to feed, watch, play, and work on training. I work at a wildlife refuge in the mornings then I can dedicate all of my time after that commitment to taking care of your pets. My refuge time can become flexible but that will have to be discussed prior if it is necessary. Safety, trust, and the well-being of pets are my top priorities. When pet sitting or dog walking, I follow each pet owner's instructions carefully, maintain a secure environment, provide fresh water, exercise, and attention, and monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress. About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.
