About: I’m a NICU nurse looking to turn my love for animals into something I can do on the side. While this is my first time offering pet-sitting services professionally, I have years of experience caring for animals and am very comfortable with both cats and dogs. I currently have four cats of my own, but my family has many dogs I deeply love. I’m used to volunteer at PETS until I had my son, because helping animals is something I’m truly passionate about. As a NICU nurse, I’m patient, responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I would treat your cat/dog with the same love and care I give my own. I work three 12-hour shifts per week as a NICU nurse, and my schedule varies, but this gives me flexibility on my days off to spend time caring for your pets! My husband is also involved and helps provide flexibility with our schedule. I can coordinate my availability around your pet’s needs and am happy to communicate ahead of time to make sure we find a schedule that works for everyone. I understand how important consistency and reliable care are for your pets, and I want to make sure they receive plenty of love and attention while you’re away! I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved, especially when their owners are away! I have four cats of my own and have grown up around dogs and other animals, so I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs with different personalities and needs. When caring for pets in their own homes, I will follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I understand that pets are most comfortable in familiar surroundings, and I want to make their time away from their owners as stress-free as possible. About: While I specialize in caring for senior pets, I am experienced in care for pets of varying breeds, ages, and species. I have over 5 years experience in both kennel work and pet sitting/care as well as pet grooming. I am able to administer medications and care for pets with all kinds of needs. About: I have owned dogs for many years and have experience with small and large dogs- weights ranging from 40lbs to 120lbs. I personally love bigs dogs. I also have experience volunteering at an all-breed rescue which includes feeding, walking, and playtime! I currently work full time in the medical field. I have availability in the afternoon/evenings during the work week on select days. I also have availability on weekends at most times of the day. I have provided other in-home services through my profession and weekend jobs and I can assure proper care of your home and pets. I prioritize safety of your pet during walks using non-slip leads.

About: I have done plenty of dog sitting for friends, who go out of town, I currently am a cat owner, and understand the different behaviors between each. I would love to come play with/ walk your pup, or check in on the cats, top off any food or water, what ever the need is. About: Hello my name is Thayer and I my whole life is about dogs! I currently own two puppies, Sippy is a mixed breed husky, the baby of the bunch is Cheech and she is a mixed lab. I have an associates in Veterinary Science, I am working on my bachelors in Criminal Justice, before going to to obtain my Masters in Veterinary Forensics. All of these are to help me in my future career as a humane officer. Humane Officers’ primary purpose is to investigate allegations of animal abuse and ensure pets are well cared for and protected. I want to spend my life helping dogs feel safe and well cared for even when their owners are away. I have worked at various dog boarding/daycare facilities in the area, alongside multiple dog/cat rescues, and had the amazing opportunity to work for the ASPCA at their headquarters’ clinic. Through these experiences I have taken care of all types of dogs and cats. Some medical issues I’ve dealt with were seizures, diabetes, blindness, deafness, blind/deaf, heat sensitivity, the elderly pups, couple hour old puppies, and the mamas to the pups. I also have lots of experience with dogs with other behaviors such as, fear aggression, reactivity, dog aggression, people (stranger) aggression, men aggression, handling issues, and much more. No dog is ever too difficult to handle and you should be able to go on that vacation not feeling stressed about your pup. Dog Boarding: 1 mile walk daily, daily fetch and/or tug game, daily bedtime kong, stays longer than 4 days get a free bath and nail clipping/Dremmel, if dog allows. If asked I also offer training aka reviewing already learned commands, dog enrichment games (such as snuffle matts), and daily brushouts. House Sitting: 2-3 daily walks, daily fetch and/or tug game, scooping yard after each potty, cleaning your dog bowls inbetween meals, and stays longer than 4 days get a free nail clipping/Dremmel, if dog allows. If asked I also offer training aka reviewing already learned commands, dog enrichment games (such as snuffle matts), and daily brushouts. Doggy Daycare: I like to start each day with a mile walk all together. Then one on one playtime with my pup(s), if wanted. If you want your pup to have doggy playtime, they will have “cool down” times throughout the day. If a repeat client I offer a free bath every 3rd completed daycare day and free nail clipping/dremmel once a month (as needed), if dog allows. Dog Walking: I provide treats and will reward the dog with a treat when not pulling, so we can walk more safely and efficiently. If I notice the dog’s leash is connected to a collar or harness that is too loose, I may ask if I may tighten it. I do not feel comfortable walking dogs with items that they can easily slip, and may decline an offer, if one is not willing to tighten it. I want all the dogs I walk to be completely safe and not be able to slip out and run. Rates do not go up if dog pulls, is reactive, or dog/ stranger aggressive.

I just have a big heart for animals. Dogs and catsare my favorite but I can have a connection with any animal. I am not doing this for the money. That is a plus. I will treat your pet with the utmost kindness and respect.
