About: *As a part time college student some days I might be gone several hours at a time. I start school August 18th. We can discuss my schedule further to see if I would be a good match. I love pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking when I'm not focusing on school. I also volunteer at the local zoo in my spare time to help spread awareness of their conservation efforts through education by taking out ambassador animals, taking out biofacts, running animal encounters, working directly with keepers, and preparing animal diets. I have 3 pets of my own; 1 dog & 2 birds. I have my 10 year old Husky and Shar Pei mix named Porsha, a Blue Crowned Conure named Zuri, and a Yellow-collared Lovebird named Juno. All 3 are trick trained and working toward their titles through Do More With Your Dog. *As a part time college student some days I might be gone several hours at a time. I start school August 18th. We can discuss my schedule further to see if I would be a good match. I'm a college student available over summer break and holidays. I'm currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to spend. Even during the semester I can always do weekends and check ins with your pets. I care for pets in my client's homes by making sure I know any medical history the pets may have, what regular vet and emergency vet they'd prefer if something were to happen, how they feed and water their pets, any medication I should administer, any exercise or enrichment I should provide, and space for pets I'm sure who are missing their owners.
About: I’ve always been fascinated by the unique qualities, each animal possesses, and I love getting to know each one individually. Whether it’s rambunctious puppy, or a senior feline, I strive to make their experiences, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Seeing them happy and healthy is the ultimate reward for me. Working in the animal care industry has also taught me the importance of education and communication. Being able to provide pet owners with the knowledge and resources they need to properly care for their fur friends is crucial! I love being able to share my expertise and help others provide the best care possible for their pets. Owning a boarding facility is my ultimate goal, and I’m working hard to make it a reality. I know it won’t be easy, but excited for the opportunity to continue providing exceptional care to even more furry friends in the meantime! My schedule is extremely flexible as I make my own schedule currently. I will work my full time job around the drop in times needed. Drop ins are all about what your pet wants. If they have a favorite toy or activity please let me know! Whether that’s ball or a walk, I would love to do it!

I work 3 days a week and am able to provide pet care on my days off. I am home almost every day off only being gone for 2-4 hours at a time. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door. I have a golden doodle myself who is kind and loving and has never met a dog she doesn’t like. Fresh water available both indoors and out!
“Teagan is amazing! She does well with our animals and is great about updating us. She even cleaned up after our puppy got out of her crate and went on a rampage through our house around Christmas time. It was a disaster that was probably our fault for not making sure our pup was securely in her crate. Teagan made a video and took pictures of the damage to inform us beforehand, then did her best to clean up! The house looked pretty close to normal when we got back, and it was awesome not to have to come home to a total wreck. She did not have to pick up but did anyway! We really appreciated it and look forward to continuing to use Teagan.”

Whitnee E.
“Whitnee rescued a dog from a family that couldn't keep him and after 3 days, we had to take him to the vet because he was breathing funny. She cried the whole time there and the whole way home. We had this dog for only 3 days and she balled over him for hours. That pretty much sums up how much she loves animals to me. If you're smart, you're gonna choose Whitnee.”

“Samantha was amazing. Very responsive and took good care of my girl. Would definitely recommend!”
Sunni S.Star Sitter

“Sunni is the best! I recently took my dog to the vet and the vet complimented her weight and body comp. I said all credit goes to Sunni for keeping her fit! 😀”
Kyra D.

“Kyra has been great! She has sent pictures and videos of our puppy to let me know she's doing ok. She has been timely and reliable. We have loved being able to have some help with our puppy 😊”
Milly D.
“Milly is an excellent pawrent who goes above and behind to provide a safe and loving home for her dog Stella. Anyone who has met Stella knows that she loves the home that Milly has set up for her with a doggy door, a cozy kennel, food puzzles, lots of toys, and snuggly dog beds. Stella ADORES Milly, but she isn’t overprotective or possessive because Milly has done a great job socializing Stella with other pets and people. They often come visit our house and Stella is so sweet and silly, even with our grumpy older dogs! I have dog sat Stella and she was so fun— she can feel at home anywhere because Milly has taught her that humans are her friends. Milly frequently integrates enriching activities and training to keep Stella happy and content. Although Milly has a demanding work schedule, she never fails to plan for Stella to have fun things to do and people to check on her while she works her shifts. I think Milly treats Stella as kindly and attentively as she would a human child. Finally, I love my dogs like children and Milly is our go-to dog sitter… this should tell you how much I trust her as a responsible and loving pet caregiver!”

“Dog likes her and she's always avail if I need more time”
Amy C.
“I would highly recommend Amy as a responsible caretaker because she is extremely punctual and reliable. I have seen her interact with various breeds and particularly a high anxiety terrier mix that had been possibly abused. That dog was fearful and aggressive with Amy in the beginning, but she didn't give up and they are now the best of friends. Amy is interested in keeping animals healthy and active, and has helped me countless times by jogging with my dog when I was unable to walk him.”
Laura H.
“Lori watched my German Shepherd and cared for him like he’s her own. So knowledgeable and caring She communicated well and I can’t wait to use her again. I’m going to have her care for my horses next.”

Jaquelyn B.
“Jackie is an experienced pet owner and lover. She has always shown an interest in animals as long as I’ve known her. She has always taken excellent care of my pets; treats and loves them like her own.”
Jaedon T.
“I have experienced Jaedon’s passion for animals and more importantly, the care for these animals. Our pets depend on us for their care and I personally wouldn’t hesitate at all to entrust Jaedon with our own precious dog of 13 years.”
