Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: Hi! My name is Kayla, and I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I started dog sitting at people’s homes with my cousin when I was just 10 years old, and ever since then I’ve loved helping care for pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. If you feed at 7–8am, I’ll do the same, and if dinner is at 6–7pm, I’ll follow that schedule too. If your pet needs medication, I’ll stay consistent with your timing as well. I don’t make your pet fit my schedule—I fit yours, so your pet stays comfortable and stress-free I have a safe, fenced yard and dogs of my own, so if your dog is friendly they’ll have a great companion—but if not, that’s completely okay too. I always adjust to your pet’s comfort level and needs, whether that means space, separation, or extra attention. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home while you’re away.

She came and fed them once in the morning she spent time with them played with them made them happy and comfortable. About: I have had cats and dogs since I was a child. I learned pet care responsibility early in my life and I teach my kids the same. My mom calls me the animal whisperer. Haha! I've had a special bond with all animals for a long time. Growing up and even now I have a heart to help the stray animals too. I love all pets and animals and I will take the utmost care of your fur babies as if they were my own. I am a stay home mom. I can accommodate any reasonable schedule. I cannot do overnights with small kids at home. Special circumstances are considered. I have a 5 month old well behaved pup to keep your dog(s) company. In my yard is a dog pen and a lead leash with plenty of room to run. If you need me to care for cats I can give them room to run in my home. I have two other older cats that have their own space. If you have a speck routine you have for your fur baby just let me know. I will do my best to accommodate.

About: I’ve taken care of puppies all the way to senior dogs. I understand the care needed for both. I love playing with dogs and animals I’m a high school student currently, so weekdays I am not currently available unless it’s a break. I’m free on weekends to watch pets and afternoons from 3pm-11pm if needed! The pets in my home are aloud on the furniture and have a massive box of toys. They eat twice a day and have supplements in their food.

About: I am a retired Vet Tech of 35 years. I worked with companion animals, farm animals and occasionally birds, pocket pets and exotics. I now work remotely from home and want to continue caring for and enjoying all animals. I'm here to snuggle and care for your fur-babies when you can't be there. I'm available for dog walking on the weekends or weekdays evening and for daily drop-in visits for cats and caged pets any day of the week! Since I work from home, fitting the care of your pets into my schedule, is very doable. I have 1 cat and 1 dog (oh, and a husband, lol)! Dog waking is limited to evenings during the week and anytime on the weekend. Daily drop-in visits for cats and caged pets can be done any day of the week. I will consider limited boarding in my home on a case by case basis that we can discuss. I have a large yard, but not fenced in. My dog is a house dog and gets walked on a leash for potty breaks. We also have a dog trolley line to use for when we want to hang outside.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
