About: I’ve always grown up with a dog in my home. I have experience handling a variety breeds of all sizes, from a small 20lb Cairn Terrier to a 185lb Boerboel! I also have experience administering medication which included oral consumption as well as shots. I have been very reliable to my close family members and friends to take care of their dogs and cats when they are working or away on vacation! Aside from Rover’s guarantee , I am also separately insured to give you an extra ease of mind when choosing me for your sitting needs! Pricing: Please understand pricing is non-negotiable. I do not offer discounts at this time, thank you for understanding! House Sitting Requests: Please keep in mind that I am catering to repeat clients I have throughout the week day as well! Depending on my schedule, I may not be at your home 24/7, however, I guarantee your pets won’t be alone longer than 5-6 hours. Typically I limit leaving to 2 times a day to accommodate these clients. (I won’t be gone 5-6 hours each time) My coming and going schedule will be provided prior to sitting! Constant Care: Constant care is applied to any sitting that doesn’t allow me to leave for more than 4 hours of the day, per day. Constant care rates start at $175/ night (additional rates still apply) and increase based off of pet’s needs. Please understand this service may not always be available and interferes with ongoing mid day clients. Price reflects alternative arrangements I need to make for existing clients. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out! I currently only allow one family for boarding at a time. Prices reflect solo care and not having to worry about exposure to other dogs during their stay. I currently have one cat in the home - a 12 year old Maine Coon mix who is very relaxed and tends to mind her own business. Between my boyfriend and I, there is always someone on property, so potty breaks can be provided frequently!

About: I have had dogs and other various pets for most of my life. I feel as though I have a strong connection and passionate drive to caring for animals and I really enjoy it. I recently lost my dog of six years so it’s been quite lonely around the house without him! I work from home so I can keep an eye on your dog throughout the day and utilize my break time to take them outside. I have a detached fenced in yard, so they’ll get plenty of exercise. I have room for a crate if that is needed as well.

About: Currently I am between caregiving clients trying to decide what my next move is. I was born into an animal loving family, extended family, etc. I am 59 years old and have never been without at least a cat or two. I've also had 2 of my own dogs since 2005. My last senior dog passed the rainbow bridge in 2024. Born in Connecticut, lived for 45 years in Maryland and now I am living in Maine where I love it! One reason I fell in love with Maine is you can bring your dog almost anywhere here. They are a pet loving no-kill state! I have administered just about every kind of pet med out there. Every single pet has their own personality and I am very patient to learn that personality so we will become friends. I have a pretty open schedule with no real deadlines, so when ever your pets need walks, feeding, medications or just spend time with them, I am there. My own pets get feed twice a day. The time varies depending on my pet sitting schedule. But usually Its about 10am and 7pm. Whatever instructions left for me for a pet sit, I will follow to the letter. I will ask questions or text later to make sure I understand everything your pet needs. I've never run into an animal not liking me, but I am very aware of them not be comfortable with me at first. That can be stressful for them of course, so its very important that their care instructions are followed to keep them as anxiety free as possible.

About: I am a former Special Education Teacher primarily booking house/pet sitting clients. I work minimal hours remotely and enjoy the novelty and companionship that Rover clients offer my lifestyle. This means I have a lot of time and attention to devote to your pet when you cannnot. I live on a lovely property in the country with a large yard and access to miles of wooded trails for long walks. About: Growing up my home was filled with animals, we had dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish and hamsters. As an adult my life is quite similar. It is important to me that my children be raised around animals to learn to love and respect all life! I’m a stay at home wife and mother. My schedule is very flexible. My children are both in school so I have a lot of the middle of the day completely to myself (and my pets) I have a wonderful back yard along with two dogs to keep yours company! The house is completely pet friendly but we can always use fenced in safe areas or crates inside if needed.

About: Used to be a manager for a mobile veterinary wellness clinic, have owned animals almost my whole life and currently have a giant bundle of fur chocolate lab at home. Intact 3 year old male. As well as a 4 year old boy and 4 month old boy and 2 tween girls who all love animals. DISCLAIMER- your pets MUST be well behaved enough around small children that are still learning how to safely approach animals in order for me to agree to sit them. Everyone’s safety is my number 1 priority as I have a 9 month old baby as well as other small children in the home. As I’m a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time throughout my day to implement your pets needs into our schedule. I don’t mind last minute bookings, as long as we’re free and non booked up. While we don’t have a fenced in yard, we have no issue taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood and leashes in the yard when necessary.

About: Hi! I’m Nieves, and I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I have experience with small, medium, and large breeds and focus on providing loving, reliable, and attentive care. I work as a team with my roommate, Joseph Saccente, who is also an active Rover sitter. We coordinate schedules so your pet always has supervision and care. We’re generally available daily, except when fully booked or on a planned day off. Pets are welcome in our home and can relax on the couch, bed, or their own space—your choice. We have a large yard and two acres of unfenced land for supervised outdoor time. I’m happy to help with medications, vet visits, and special needs. Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine. I plan my schedule around feedings, walks, playtime, and check-ins so pets get consistent attention and care throughout the day. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I work as a team with my roommate to ensure pets are always supervised. In my home and in clients’ homes, I follow instructions closely, maintain a calm environment, and provide consistent care and attention.

About: I have 20 years of hands-on animal care experience, and I actually love being around them, and putting my skills to good use. They bring me great joy, and I try to reciprocate that.
