About: With over 7 years of dedicated experience, I understand the unique needs of your furry friends. As a passionate pet parent myself, I go beyond the ordinary, treating your pets like family. Your beloved companions will enjoy personalized care, attention, and love, just like my two cats and dog receive at home. Trust me to provide top-notch care for your pets, ensuring their happiness and well-being while you're away. 🐶🐱 From Monday to Friday, I embark on my educational journey, attending school with enthusiasm. Yet, rest assured, my commitment to your pets remains unwavering. Despite the academic hustle, I carve out dedicated pockets of time, ensuring your furry companions receive the exceptional care they deserve. I pride myself on understanding and accommodating your furry friend's every need. From personalized playtime to dietary preferences, I create a customized care plan that mirrors the love and attention they receive at home. Your pet's happiness is my priority, and I'm committed to providing a nurturing environment where they thrive.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I briefly worked in a vet clinic during undergrad, so I am comfortable with senior animals, active animals, and administering medication. I also volunteered with the San Diego Humane Society’s Wildlife program in the past, as well as the Long Beach Aquarium. Although I am used to caring for mainly cats and dogs, I love all animals and would love to help you with other pets such as guinea pigs, chinchillas, bunnies, birds, etc. My sister is also starting vet school this fall, so she is only a phone call away if needed. :) Your pet’s comfort and safety are top priorities for me, and I will care for them as if they were my own! I am a post-bacc student, and also a server/bartender 3 days a week. I currently have the summer off from classes (until late September), so I have more flexibility right now for pet sitting/walking. My times can vary a bit on the nights that I work at the restaurant, but contact me and I am happy to coordinate our schedules. I will have the utmost respect for your home and your pets. I know it can be scary to trust someone you don't know with your pet and home, so I strive to do a great job and keep your pet(s) happy! Please feel free to provide me with a list of rules and expectations, and we can work together to make sure you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible with me. I do not offer boarding in my own home at the moment, only because my 2 cats become very stressed when other animals are brought into the home. I need to respect their boundaries and comfort levels as well.

About: I have loved dogs my whole life, but I did not realize how deep that love could be until I adopted my first dog, Flynn, 11 years ago. He was a 90lb German Shepherd with reactivity towards other dogs, which led me down the path of learning everything I could about canine behavior and training. I have taken multiple dog training classes focused on positive reinforcement techniques and have used tools such as clicker training, prong collars, and e-collars. I learned how to navigate situations in which Flynn was reactive, making sure I had full control of a very strong dog at all times. I raised Flynn from 8 weeks old (puppy shark phase) to his calmer senior years. The challenges I faced with Flynn taught me how to read canine body language, manage reactivity, and handle high energy, strong dogs with patience and love. After losing Flynn, I thought I could never get another dog again, but come February 2024, I welcomed 7-week-old GSD mix Artemis (Artie) into my life. It has been a completely different training experience in much more challenging ways. From potty training to crate training and leash manners, she has tested everything I have learned (and helped me learn more). Every challenge and every puppy shark bite has been completely worth it. She is now thriving and continues to learn thanks to consistency, structure, and ongoing enrichment. I also have hands-on experience with senior dog care. I started caring for our elderly family dog (Socrates) after my father passed away 4 years ago. He is now a 14-year-old Dachshund Terrier mix with limited mobility and some incontinence. I provide daily care, including hygiene and administering medication, and provide a clean, comforting environment to support his quality of life. He is getting a lot of treats and love in my care. My goal is to build trust and communication to maintain a safe environment for dogs and others. Whether your dog is a puppy in training, a reactive adult, or a senior who needs special attention, I bring patience and knowledgeable care. Every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know what makes yours special. I'd love to meet them and offer care you can trust. My life revolves around my sweet pup, Artemis (aka Artie). This means that besides work and taking care of her needs, I am quite open. I work remotely some days and can drop in on your babies during the day or in the evenings. On the weekends my availability is wide open. Building trust through consistent communication is important to me. Since I know that every dog is different, I understand each has individual needs and am eager to learn them. As a dog owner, I also understand how important it is for someone who is caring for your dog to know your dog and know what they need (I'm the type who writes a whole manual for any sitter). In my home, I have a senior dog who likes his alone time and an energetic, young GSD mix dog. For daycare, your pups can interact as little or as much as appropriate. I also have a small fenced yard where I can play with the dogs.

About: From dogs, cats, frogs, and everything in between, I’m an avid pet lover! My current rescue is a German shepherd mix named, Butters. I spent my day’s walking and playing with her. We also love visiting her fur friends! I am currently working part time so my availability is open Mondays-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for day visits. Weekends I’m free all day! I have a large, fenced yard with a loving fur baby, Butters. She is a social pup and would love some company! Dogs can be in and out of the home as they please. But bedtime is always inside! I also have room for a crate if needed.

About: Animals have an incredible ability to ease the tension they sense in the ones they love, so in turn I would like to provide a sense of safety and love with each encounter with your pet. Your chosen family is often stronger than the one you are born into, and these animals that we have taken into our homes and hearts show it clearly and consistently. I have worked in an animal hospital for about 2 1/2 years and in my time I learned many tools to create a safe and welcoming environment. I can trim nails, clean ears, brush out matts comfortably and give sanitary haircuts. I was trained to give thorough baths to make pets squeaky clean! I can also administer medication and have taken care of pets who are getting up there in years. I have experience watching 20-30 dogs in a group setting and can walk up to 7 dogs comfortably at a time. I have basic dog training knowledge and I am familiar with animal behavior and how to deescalate potential dangerous situations and soothe an anxious animal. I will soon be going back to school and have a part-time job so my schedule is flexible. I am looking to add walking pet sitting and bathing back into my routine. Written instructions on specifics on how to care for your pets are helpful in making sure your standards of care are being met. Trust is a need not a want when it come to animals, some need easing into meeting a new person and some are all in on the initial meeting, whatever the case forcing a connection is the best way to destroy it. Taking time to bond is something essential to animal caregiving.

Felix, my pup, is great with other dogs—he’s patient, playful, and almost fatherly with puppies, while with older dogs, he knows to embrace the laid-back pace of retirement life.

“I cannot recommend Katherine enough. She has been walking my two dogs for the past three months consistently 3 days a week while I work in office. My dogs can be a handful, with their bad leash habits and bad manners… Katherine has never had any issues or complained. She’s been so patient, responsible, and caring towards them, handling their craziness with love like I would. She’s also incredibly thoughtful. One particular day, I canceled due to being home from work sick and wanted to give her her lunch break back - she offered to still come, knowing I needed the rest. That meant so much and just shows the type of person she is. Katherine is dependable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. Now that I dont need a walker with work schedule changes, I want to make sure others know she’s fantastic!!! Me and my boys are so thankful for the last three months with her 🐶🐶”

“My Bella babe (yorkie mix) is my absolute best friend/baby. Since my 3 kids moved out to college and on their own, and my husband and I got divorced about 6 years ago, I’ve been very lonely. I’m getting older and am so busy at times I just don’t have time for dog walks very often but luckily Adriana has been my right hand for that, so when I say I wouldn’t just trust anyone with my prized Bella I mean it. Adriana has been trust worthy and is always so safe and loving with her. She is definitely worth the booking thank you again Adriana for everything!”

Marisela G.
“My dog Willow didn’t even look back when I handed her leash to Marisela—no crying, no hesitation. That’s a big deal for a 40 lb shepherd mix who usually hates being left anywhere unfamiliar. It was like she instantly knew she was in good hands. Marisela sent me thoughtful photo updates throughout the stay, which really put my mind at ease. I don’t trust many people with my dog, but Marisela is solidly in that inner circle. Willow had a great time and is already looking forward to her next stay!”

Liana L.
“Liana is a caring, compassionate, and detail oriented caregiver for pets. She's watched over my cat several times when I've been out of state/country and every time I've felt relaxed knowing she was taking good care of him. She always sends a good mix of pictures and videos on how hes doing, and easily completed feeding/litter tasks. But most importantly: she spent time with him so he wasn't lonely and made sure he was as relaxed and less stressed as possible. I'd recommend her every time to pet sit.”

Amanda A.
“I have worked with Amanda at a Dog Daycare/Walking She is incredibly caring for pups! Super patient and handles stressful situations calmly ! . She is the definition of a professional, caring , wonderful dog walker. She knows how to handle everything that comes her way professionally.”

Rebekah S.
“Rebekah has an incredible way with dogs, and it’s clear she genuinely loves and cares for them. My sassy Border Collie, who is very selective about the humans she trusts, absolutely adores her. It’s as if she can sense Rebekah’s bubbly energy and kindness. Rebekah has cared for my pup many times, and I always feel completely at ease leaving her in such capable hands. She’s attentive to my dog’s unique personality quirks, ensures her walks are enjoyable, and even keeps up with her training while I’m away. I wholeheartedly trust and recommend Rebekah as a sitter and walker—she’s fantastic!”

Elizabeth M.

“Eli was easy to reach out to! She walked my boy for the fulfilled amount of times/days requested and fed him per my request. She’s very sweet :)”

Kimora T.
“kimora is a family friend that has dog sit for me a few times the past year. i can always rest assured that she follows my dog’s feeding instructions and takes them out on walks frequently. my dogs love her as well! 10/10”

I'd highly recommend booking with Ralph!”

Natalie C.
“Natalie is the best with Koba, our Siberian husky. Koba is wild and very energetic and Natalie knows how to handle both characteristics very well. She is calm, nurturing and patient but also knows how to get Koba tired. Would recommend 100% of the time”
