“Jessica is nice & she is good with Dexter! Takes him for walks and everything. She worked during her stay, which we agreed to, but she was gone a little longer than I expected based on her work schedule. Otherwise, she was good with Dexter and left the house in good order when she left.”

About: Hello! I may be new to Rover, but I am not new to caring for furry friends! With years of hands-on experience caring for animals, I currently own and care for two horses, chickens, a dog, and a cat on our peaceful 4-acre property. This daily responsibility has given me deep insight into the unique needs of both large and small animals, from feeding and grooming to exercise and companionship. Whether it's managing the routines of active farm life or giving one-on-one attention to household pets, I bring a calm, confident, and compassionate approach to every animal I care for! I hope you’ll consider me when looking for a sitter for your fur babies! As a stay at home Mom to my daughter, and because pet care is already a core part of my daily life, adding another animal to my routine fits in naturally. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to plan around feeding, exercise, and companionship needs for each pet. With my animals on a consistent routine at home, I can reliably carve out time in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings to visit and care for another pet—whether it’s for walks, drop-ins, boarding here at my home, or extended sitting. I treat every pet I care for with the same level of attention and commitment I give my own, and I’m fully prepared to adjust my day to ensure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Whether caring for pets in my home or theirs, my top priority is always their safety, comfort, and well-being. In my home, I provide a calm and supervised environment where visiting pets are slowly and safely introduced to my friendly dog and cat if circumstances permit, ensuring an stress-free experience for everyone. While we don’t have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is carefully monitored, with dogs kept on a leash or long lead at all times for their safety. Farm animals remain separate, and I have dedicated indoor spaces to create a safe, pet-friendly zone away from potential hazards. I also take extra care to maintain a clean and child-safe environment, as I have a young child at home. My daughter also has her own gated off playroom to create a safe and stress free environment for everyone! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely, providing personalized care and keeping their pets comfortable in their familiar space. I understand that every animal has unique needs, and I’m committed to providing loving, responsible care at all times.

“Kerian has done a great job of walking my dog Wally. Wally gets very excited whenever she pulls into the driveway. I also just had her house sit with Wally for a long weekend. Wally was well cared for and the house was cleaner than I left it. I will not hesitate to have her house sit again. I would highly recommend!!”

“Zayda is the BEST! Great at communicating, takes excellent care of our dogs, and leaves our house soooo clean! It was so nice coming home after a long international trip to happy dogs and clean home.”

About: Have a family of 3 dogs and 2 cats and my family and I love our messy and hyper fur kids, no matter the situation we do research to avoid getting our fur kids sick and keep them feeling loved and relaxed :) I graduated from college this past summer and am working part time jobs so I have time to take care of friendly pets of any kinds and more than happy to house sit as well for any vacations! We have a fenced yard and we have a crate to put them in when they are doing naughty behaviors like digging through the trash or grabbing things (like food on the table) when they aren’t supposed to. I take them on walks and give them toys to play with as they love tug of war and enrichment toys to keep them busy while we are otherwise we cuddle and watch tv on the couch in my free time.

About: I have my own 2 cats and grew up with 2 lab retrievers. I have experience watching other pets for about 5 years in their homes and have loved this experience. I love to go for long walks and help with simple trainings as well. Currently I would be available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays after 3:30pm and Tuesdays after 11:30am. Saturdays and Sundays are pretty wide open as well. I can do consistent care or occasional care. My schedule will change in mid June as I will not be working full time anymore as I’m a school social worker and have summers off. So my services would be me coming to your house.

Abigail H.
“Abi is hands down an animal person and I recommend her for caring for any animal. She not only loves them but understands them and knows how to best care for them. Abi has had animals all her life. From horses to baby chicks, rabbits, cats, and dogs. When she was young she would bring home animals that needed care and care for them. More recently she has adopted a chihuahua of her own with medical needs that she addresses with the best medical care around and ensures that if she needs to be gone, her chihuahua is always left in the best of care. Abi has also fostered a dog until it was adopted and made sure that he went to a good home before letting the dog go. I am pleased to recommend Abi as a person to care for your pet. I am also someone who wants to give the best care to my animals and trust Abi with my whole heart in taking care of my geriatric dog.
