Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work part-time as a waitress, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive, consistent care for pets. When I have advance notice, I can adjust my work schedule to accommodate pet sitting needs. For overnight stays, I prioritize spending most of my time in the pet’s home to ensure they feel comfortable, cared for. I care for pets in their own home to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I like to follow routines, maintain a clean and secure environment, and provide plenty of attention and supervision. With my past experience as a veterinary technician assistant, I’m attentive to behavior changes and health needs to ensure safe, reliable care.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16. In high school, I worked at a dog daycare for 3 years where I was a manager and handled up to 30 dogs on a daily basis. These dogs varied in breed and behavioral characteristics, and it was my responsibility to ensure they were cared for and safe. I followed strict procedures regarding meals, safety, and potty breaks. I’ve also been a go to dog-sitter for friends and family for the past 3 years, staying in their homes taking care of their pets and following the provided instructions they left for me. My tasks as a dog sitter have included feeding at designated times, playing with them, and letting them out regularly. I’m currently between jobs and have a seasonal coaching job (ends in May) so my schedule is very open except from 3-5:15 M-F due to my coaching responsibilities. My flexible schedule allows me to take care of your pups and give them the time they deserve. When taking care of your pups or kitties (for overnights or drop ins), I love being given specific care instructions to ensure that there isn’t a change in their routine. Furthermore, if house sitting, I want to know and abide by your homes rules to be respectful to your space.

About: Have a family of 3 dogs and 2 cats and my family and I love our messy and hyper fur kids, no matter the situation we do research to avoid getting our fur kids sick and keep them feeling loved and relaxed :) I graduated from college this past summer and am working part time jobs so I have time to take care of friendly pets of any kinds and more than happy to house sit as well for any vacations! We have a fenced yard and we have a crate to put them in when they are doing naughty behaviors like digging through the trash or grabbing things (like food on the table) when they aren’t supposed to. I take them on walks and give them toys to play with as they love tug of war and enrichment toys to keep them busy while we are otherwise we cuddle and watch tv on the couch in my free time.

About: I've never had a dog before but I've always been drawn to them and plan to have one of my own in the future. I have dog sitted for some of my friends in the past and it allowed me to gain experience on caring for a pet without having one I work full time but I am available during the weekdays and weekends as needed. I can also stay overnight depending on the day! As long as it is communicated beforehand :) I don't currently have any pets but when I did, I was creative and quick witted to come up with safe, reliable ways to restrict my pet from going into a place they are not supposed to. For example, when I had a cat I used a very tall room divider to prevent my cat from going where he wasn't supposed to.

I also grew up around animals, so pet care has always been a natural part of my life. I love making sure each pet feels safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits easily into my day because I’m home and available throughout the day. I enjoy giving pets the time, attention, and care they need to feel happy and comfortable. I make pets feel safe and loved by following their routine, giving them playtime, attention, and keeping their space clean. Whether in my home or theirs, I make sure they’re happy and comfortable.

About: I’m home throughout the day so they’ll always have company, supervision, and care. After adventures, I make sure pups are clean with a calm environment. I’ve had beagles my entire life- Milo is a rare calm dog who needs a bestie. I work from home so I’ll have a lot of time for your furbaby! Your dog gets a safe, active, and loving environment with constant supervision and plenty of attention. Your dogs safety and comfort are my top priorities. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I use a secure leash setup in a large shared outdoor space for safe, supervised hangouts.

About: I am coparenting a 90 lb golden retriever and miss him so much when he’s away! He is not fond of new places, so I understand the importance of keeping your pets safe in your home while you are away. I have experience house and dog sitting for my sister and friends and I love walking and snuggling. I would be honored to take care of your little furry children! I work full time in a corporate setting in downtown Minneapolis, but I only go to the office twice a week. I have a fairly flexible schedule and would be available to work partial days from home as well. My typical work hours are 8:30am-5pm. I raised my now 6 year old golden retriever and cat, and am comfortable with all things puppy, kitten, teen, and adult related. I love going for walks and taking dogs to the park if they like to be social. I treat my own pets as my children and would love to dote on your babies in the same way!
