About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I am an empty nester and would love to care for your four legged family members while you are away. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

“My kitties were so happy with Jillian they were sad when she left. Sunny and Shadow had shiny coats from brushing. She fed them lots of tests at night. She sent many updates through the day depicting their walkabouts around the property. I felt like I was there with my cats at home from all the updates! About: I love animals! I have been around them forever, and in school studying to become a Veterinary Technician :) I am always open for play dates! I work Monday-Friday at Sammie’s Friends, but am available after 5pm for short dog/cat sitting. I am available weekends so any trips you want to take I’ve got you and your furry companion covered. About: One way to live a happy life is to surround yourself with things you love, for me that includes animals. I think they sense that about me and it puts them at ease. I have many years of experience with large and small animals including horses, donkeys. goats, dogs and cats. From babies to old-timers I look forward to meeting new animals and including them in my friend group :) I live on a farm so animals are a big part of my day, if I need to go take care of an animal somewhere, I work it into my schedule. Our cats are indoor/outdoor and our dogs are allowed in the house but not on the furniture. When going to a pet's home I use caution when entering or leaving the home and will follow pet-owners protocol for feeding. I will be a friend for the animal while I am there.

About: I have owned and cared for pets my entire life. I'm recently retired from a long career as a professional equestrian and horse trainer, and I'm excited to begin this journey of offering pet care services to the community! I have experience with all types and ages of pets ... from very young to very senior. I have experience administering medications, giving injections, and basic first aid. My lifestyle is active, and I'm happy to provide whatever exercise that your pet needs, whether that is a long trail hike, or simply walks around the neighborhood. And lots of love and snuggles of course :) I also have extensive horse experience, and limited experience with other livestock, and I'm happy to provide services for those animals as well. I currently work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, which allows me to work around whatever your pet care needs are. I have a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle, so I can get to some of the further out Nevada County destinations no problem. I pride myself on being punctual, organized and reliable, and you can rest assured that your pet(s) and home will receive attentive and loving care. I am happy to take care of any additional tasks that you might need around your home while you're away (checking mail, taking out trash, watering plants/garden, etc. )

About: Starting at the age of 12, I began volunteering at local animal shelters (Truckee Humane Society) as well as dog sitting for local Tahoe families. I am a huge advocate for taking time out of the day to get your pet exercise whether that be a leashed walk on a paved trail or an 8 mile hike into the wilderness. I work full time however, I am able to bring well trained social dogs to work. If you prefer for me to not take your dog to work, I live 10 minutes from my home so it is very convenient for me to let your dog out multiple times throughout the day! I love to take pictures of the adventures I bring pets on and keep the owner/owners updated. My friends would definitely describe me as a HUGE animal lover! I have references upon request.

About: Ever since I learned to talk, I asked my parents for a dog. Over the years that turned into one, two, and now three dogs. I have also had cats over the years as well as chickens, goats, a horse, and donkey. No matter what kind of animal, I have always had a deep connection and love for the furry four-legged beings in my life. Because of this, neighbors, friends, and acquaintances have depended on me to pet sit, train, walk, feed, and groom their pets. I can easily play with your pet wherever you and your pet feel most comfortable whether that is in the home, yard, or out on walks. I consider myself a responsible and trustworthy person and will always prioritize the needs of you and your pet. I also love sending picture updates of the pets when I’m with them because a) they are so cute and b) you can feel confident they are in good hands.

About: Offering a safe home away from home, compassionate care, and peace of mind for pet owners is something that all pet sitters should be offering. I go far beyond this standard providing both care and training. Since I was a child, dogs and cats have gravitated toward me and I've always enjoyed their companionship; you can almost always find me with at least one dogs around. It's never been an unruly mass of teeth and paws though; I've always taken the time to teach my furry friends to walk on leash, to have immediate recall, to be polite in kitchen, and to use their voices kindly. I do the same with every animal that I am given care of, gently coaching them to be civil, furry companions while showering them with love. I am currently working from home and set my own schedule. I have a set daily morning and evening walk which your pup(s) will join. During the day, you pup(s) will have company of two dogs, three cats and plenty of pets from me. On weekends we go on adventure hikes. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company during the day. I have crates, leashes, grooming tools and home made dog beds for all pet care needs.

About: I’ve taken care of all different kind of dogs and cats, I grew up around animals and I am truly an animal lover at heart. Friends and family have hired me to watch, walk, feed, bathe and care for their pets. I’m trustworthy, responsible and truly just want to make the time with your pet special. I’m currently working part time in the Palo Alto area and living in the San Jose area, my schedule is flexible and can be worked around your dog needs. About: I've spent the last 4 years volunteering with Ruff Pack Refuge. RPR specializes with rescuing special needs and elderly dogs. My responsibilities included cleaning kennels, administration of medications, dog walking, fostering dogs, e.t.c. Over the past couple of years I have enjoyed pet sitting for friends and family. I am available all the time I have a very flexible schedule and I am sure we can figure something out via text or call... I have a fenced yard, nice neighborhood to walk around, and a large comfy and soft couch for anyone to lounge around and relax if needed
