“Russell and their family took such fantastic care of our dogs for an extended stay (3+ weeks). We received daily photos and videos, and in them could see how happy our dogs were. They got multiple walks daily, and ran around in the backyard. As someone who has used multiple sitters and kennels, I think this has been one of the best experiences for our dogs. I would 100% recommend having Russell and family taking care of your fur babies; and will definitely use them again if we need dog sitting while in Montreal.”

About: Garder un animal, ce n’est pas seulement le surveiller mais c’est aussi de comprendre son rythme, son caractère et ses petits rituels. Avec moi, chaque animal est traité comme un individu à part entière. Je prends le temps de m’adapter à son énergie, que ce soit pour de longues promenades actives ou des moments plus calmes et rassurants. Mon objectif est simple c'est qu’il se sente en sécurité, stimulé et aimé, même en l’absence de son humain. Je porte une attention particulière aux détails qui font toute la différence dont respecter ses habitudes, reconnaître ses signaux, et offrir une présence constante et attentive. Ce qui me distingue ? je suis éducatrice spécialisée depuis 25 ans, j'ai une approche à la fois douce et engagée, je ne fais pas que garder des animaux mais je crée un lien et un environnement où ils peuvent vraiment s’épanouir. Confier son animal, c’est confier un membre de sa famille. Je prends cette responsabilité très à cœur et avec bienveillance. Chaque journée est organisée de façon à offrir aux animaux une présence attentive et des moments de qualité, que ce soit pour les promenades, les repas ou les périodes de jeu et de repos. Je planifie mes horaires pour respecter les besoins spécifiques de chaque animal. J’adapte mon organisation pour assurer une constance et une stabilité, ce qui est essentiel pour les animaux. Prendre soin des animaux n’est pas une tâche ponctuelle pour moi, mais une routine bien établie où leur bien-être est toujours une priorité. Chaque animal est accueilli dans un environnement calme et propre, adapté à ses besoins. Je veille à ce que les espaces soient sécurisés, sûrs et propices à son bien-être. Je dispose d'une grande cours clôturé et d'un espace boisé derrière ma maison, avec des sentiers pour les promenades. La communication est également essentielle à mes yeux ; par exemple, je vous tiens régulièrement informé afin que vous ayez toujours l'esprit tranquille.

C’était la première fois que nous laissions Nova avec quelqu’un et nous hésitions a confier sa garde à quelqu’un d’autre. La gentillesse et l’amour de Mylène et Pierre-Charles pour notre chien était évident dès notre première rencontre. Ils ont gardés Nova pendant 14 jours et nous tenus au courant de tout. Ils ont gâtés Nova en outrance et je sais que je les solliciterai à nouveaux si besoin. N’hésitez pas à demander de garder vos animaux vous auriez aucun regret. Un gros merci ❤️”

Legacy (2020) est un chien reproducteur à la retraite depuis quelques années, tandis que Louis (2018) est une boule d'énergie. J'ai eu plusieurs chiens par le passé. Je m'occupe des petits amis poilus comme si c'était les miens ! 🩷 Ayant un horaire flexible, je peux donc me déplacer pour m'occuper de vos précieux ou les recevoir à la maison sans problème. Pour une marche ou une sortie rapide, je suis là 🙏🏼☺️ Votre toutou sera toujours sous mon œil et jamais laissé sans surveillance. Votre animal sera toujours en laisse lors de nos sorties. Je suis à quelques pas d'un petit boisée où de belles marches sont possibles et à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc à chiens 🐕 Sinon, nous avons une cour parfaite pour accueillir votre meilleur ami.

J’adore passer du temps à l’extérieur avec eux, que ce soit pour de belles balades, des moments de jeu ou simplement pour leur permettre de se dépenser et profiter du plein air. Afin d’approfondir mes connaissances, je suis actuellement une formation de spécialiste canin, ce qui me permet d’améliorer mes compétences en comportement et en éducation canine. Je fais régulièrement du gardiennage pour les chiens de collègues, d’amis et de membres de ma famille. Je prends toujours soin de respecter les habitudes de chaque chien afin qu’il se sente en sécurité et comme à la maison. J'adorerais m'occuper de vos précieux toutous durant les weekends! J'occupe présentement un emploi à temps plein, donc je suis disponible de soir et fin de semaine. Notre appartement est relativement grand au premier étage (il y a de l'espace pour jouer) et nous avons une petite terrasse clôturée. La rue sur laquelle nous sommes situé est très tranquille et nous avons un champs en face, donc c'est idéal pour les promenades à pied.

Je m’occupais de trouver des familles et de leurs donner des soins. Je sais m’adapter aux races diverses et leurs tempéraments qui sont toujours unique. I am a very passionnate and caring person with animals since I am a kid. I had all kind of animals in my life: dogs small and large, cats, parrots, budgies rabbits and fish. I have been rescuing homeless puppies and dogs while working in the arctic between 1999 and 2002. I understand dogs behavior and I know a lot about pet first aid and different diseases and symptoms. I have a very calming energy with pets, I understand them and make sure they are always comfortable. I live in the Montérégie area, about 35 min drive from Montreal . I have a detach house with a large yard as well and a finish basement for more space to play when there is bad weather:) There is a lot of space and I have access to great parks and hiking paths nearby at all time:) Je travaille de la maison à temps partiel, j’ai beaucoup de flexibilité et disponibilité. Je veux éventuellement seulement m’occuper d’animaux de compagnie dans le futur. J’ai une grande cour clôturée, il y a beaucoup d’espace pour jouer et aussi je suis tout près de nombreux parcs pour prendre de longues marches en toute sécurité. Mon travail étant flexible, je peux en tout temps me libérer pour accommoder les besoins de chaques chiens, repas, pause dehors, médicaments, je marche beaucoup, souvent je vais en voiture dans des endroits spécifiques pour plus de tranquilté. J’ai une cour gazonnée intime et sécurisée, beaucoup d’espace pour les jeux ou simplement prendre une sieste au soleil sur notre balcon. L’hiver je fais des petits sentiers dans la neige.

We both have had pets throughout our lives: hamsters, guinea pigs, cats, dogs, rabbits, and fish. We are reliable and consistent and will make sure that your pet is happy, has fun, and gets a healthy dose of exercise. We are mainly anglophone, however, we will always do our best to communicate! I like to get a good idea from the owners of what a typical day for the pet is and go from there. Keeping routines as "normal" as possible goes a long way to keeping "smiles" on everyone. So please send me any important info to ensure I can walk your dog or take care of your pet safely. Are they dog or human aggressive? Comfortable with young kids? Reactive to skateboards, roller-blades, joggers, etc.? I won’t judge any of these, I just need to know before to keep others, myself, and your pet safe.

Je promène en laisse les animaux. Si je quitte ils sont en cage individuel tout au plus quelques heures. En général, présence constante à la maison si je garde un animal.
