About: I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and ages over the years—from helping pups transition off their mother’s milk to supporting senior dogs through their final vet visits. I’ve experienced many different situations with dogs, each one teaching me something new. No matter how much time I’ve spent with them, I always stay open to learning and growing alongside them. I currently work full-time with a school district, with hours until 6 PM Monday through Friday. During the school year, my weekends are fully open for pet care, and I’ll also be available on weekdays whenever we are on school breaks or vacations. I treat my cats and dog as if they were my own children, and I would extend that same love and care to your pets as well. From administering medication and accommodating picky eaters to playtime, fresh water, and all the details that go into attentive pet care—I handle it all with patience and dedication.

I’ve pet sat German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Border Collie puppies, a Welsh Corgi, a Poodle, and many mixed breeds. I also have experience with cats and kittens. I’m comfortable handling dogs that need extra care. My own dog, Molly (a Lhasa Apso), had epilepsy, so I’m experienced with seizures, medication schedules, and staying calm during emergencies. I’ve also worked through behavioral challenges. One of my Chihuahuas was a rescue with aggression issues, and through patience and consistency, she became calm and affectionate. About: What sets me apart from other sitters? Probably the fact that I literally can create a whole personality and voice for a dog within 20 seconds of seeing them, just so I can pretend like were exchanging conversations. My favorite part about meeting new dogs is the opportunity to get to see their individual personalities and building their trust into my little human home. Im currently a student in the MPH program for NMSU. Currently my courses are 100% remote format and I work from home so I am constantly present. I enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park daily or keeping them entertained outside with music or a bonfire at night. My duplex home has an all around chainlink fence for the front yard and 10ft wooden fence for the backyard. It is very puppy proof with no holes, no wires or gas/power lines running through the bottom of the yard. I have 2 dog, a 6yr old red heeler mix female who is approx 48lbs and loves to chase and a 5.5 yr old male blue heeler full breed approx 44lbs who loves to fetch and chase little dogs. Both are medium sized dogs taller than a beagle but smaller than a labrador. Both are up to date on ALL vaccinations and gets nails trimmed bi-monthly.

I started dog sitting for family members around age 15, caring for pets of all sizes and temperaments, including feeding, walking, playtime, and overnight stays. About: I have taken care of small dogs for 5 years. I have a small dog myself. I am willing to train using the simple commands. I am currently working part-time so I'm available to take dogs on walks,play with, do drop ins and house's your cute little ones. I can work around your scheduled. I have a rock wall built around my property. If you have a dog crate, I will definitely use it. I have a shy little one as well.

About: I am young and active so I’m able to walk dogs for miles as well having the experience with unique breeds like an Alaskan malamute I wake up in the morning at 5 am to feed my dog and I take her out on a mile walk and sometimes run. I treat all dogs the same, I give them the love they need as well as play with them and give them belly rubs too.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and parents have always given me the tasks to take responsibility for them. I tell myself that I’m a dog whisperer because I’m great with all sorts of dogs and love them. In order to provide the best experience for your pet we offer homestyle boarding, this means that we try to offer a boarding experience that feels like home. Does your pet sleep in your bed? If yes, they can sleep in a bed with us. Do you cook for your pets? If so, we will make sure to serve them the same meals they eat at home (you provide the food). We will offer a daily routine that is ideal for YOUR pet. Some dogs want to play, while some dogs what relax and nap on the couch.... no matter what their ideal day is we have it covered. I will gladly provide references from current and former clients as well as local rescues. I am a professional dog trainer with the appropriate set-up to do boarding right. Most of the time someone is home with the dogs, on the occasion when that is not possible all dogs are put in a private kennel in our living room. Dogs are only outside for scheduled playtimes when the weather is nice otherwise, they are inside our home. We have outdoor and indoor cameras where needed. Since dogs are in our living room or bedrooms we can always hear them and monitor them for distress. We care for your dogs just like they are our own. Safety and health are always a priority but the most important part of a good boarding experience is making sure that dogs feel as little stress as possible. My knowledge of canine body language and behavior enables me to make the necessary adjustments on a case-by-case basis because the is no single experience that works for every dog.

About: All my life, I have been around animals. I had pets, and I took care of my family's pets. Being an only child, the animal became a family to me!! Usually when I'm boarding a pet, I like to taking to walks so the can feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. Once back from the walks, I love to play with them so we can nap together right after!
