Prof. Dog Trainer 25+ yrs exp

I am a professional dog trainer specializing in Service, therapy and emotional support dogs. I have 25+ years of experience and a true passion for the care and training of dogs. In order to provide the best experience for your pet we offer homestyle boarding, this means that we try to offer a boarding experience that feels like home. Does your pet sleep in your bed? If yes, they can sleep in a bed with us. Do you cook for your pets? If so, we will make sure to serve them the same meals they eat at home (you provide the food). We will offer a daily routine that is ideal for YOUR pet. Some dogs want to play, while some dogs what relax and nap on the couch.... no matter what their ideal day is we have it covered. I will gladly provide references from current and former clients as well as local rescues.

Dog Walking • Jul 26, 2026

Cheryl was great at walking our senior, special needs dog (who is deaf) and also being very understanding with us having to cancel a last minute booking.

Cheryl gave me confidence that the dog will have fun and been taken care of. Unfortunately I did not receive any pictures like I usually do from other rover. Even though I requested once. Harness was very dirty which makes me think it was never taken away from him, and when we came back our dog was extremely thirsty like I've never seen before.

We had a wonderful experience boarding Penelope here! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt confident that she was in caring and capable hands. We received updates and could tell she was getting plenty of attention, love, and care throughout her stay. When we picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. We would absolutely trust them with our dog again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for their pet!

I had to board my dad's dog and it was a bit of an unusual situation. They were amazing at accommodating and keeping me informed of what was going on. I really appreciate everything they did for me and Gypsy. Definitely made me feel more comfortable having to leave her. Would recommend if you need to leave your babies with anyone

Schedule

I am a professional dog trainer with the appropriate set-up to do boarding right. Most of the time someone is home with the dogs, on the occasion when that is not possible all dogs are put in a private kennel in our living room. Dogs are only outside for scheduled playtimes when the weather is nice otherwise, they are inside our home. We have outdoor and indoor cameras where needed. Since dogs are in our living room or bedrooms we can always hear them and monitor them for distress.

Safety, trust & environment

We care for your dogs just like they are our own. Safety and health are always a priority but the most important part of a good boarding experience is making sure that dogs feel as little stress as possible. My knowledge of canine body language and behavior enables me to make the necessary adjustments on a case-by-case basis because the is no single experience that works for every dog.
