“Frances is amazing! We were nervous to leave our elderly dog, Mancha, during a twelve day trip out of the country but Frances eased our concerns and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. She visited our home twice before we left town to get to know us and Mancha and learn about his routine. She asked all the right questions and it was clear how responsible and caring she was. During our trip, Frances stayed in our home for ten nights and updated us at least twice daily with pictures of Mancha and information about his day. It was so reassuring! In one message, she even shared that she started to remove Mancha’s collar while he was eating because she noticed the tag was hitting his bowl. Her attention to detail and clear desire for our dog’s comfort and happiness made us feel so good. We are so grateful that we found Frances and highly recommend her to take wonderful care of your pets!!”

When I got home, my huskies were tired (that’s an impressive feat on its own), and my house was clean of husky dust. She definitely didn’t have to sweep and whatnot but she did! I would book her again in a heartbeat.”

Whether it’s making sure the dogs are fed, get their potty breaks, need some snuggles or need their meds, she’s on it. She takes excellent care of her own dog so I know mine are in good hands with her. She’s also great with cats - I’ve never known anyone else who can get a cat to like belly rubs but she did!”
