She was super responsive/quick to reply on the daily, even with the 12 hour time difference, and sent me regular updates which I really appreciated. My cat is a shy rescue but she bonded with Charlotte remarkably quickly. I could see how much she was being loved and cared for through her body language in pictures & videos. Charlotte seems to have an intuitive gift with pets that make her a fantastic caretaker. I also unexpectedly had to extend my trip last minute and not only did she accommodate my request, she was also open to walking another petsitter through what needed to be done in case she wasn’t available. My dog doesn't need special accommodations, but they were prepared for extra time, yard time (she loved that), sleep on furniture, etc. They also communicated well for meet/greet, drop off, pick up, and the times they were in the house - with pictures. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”

“Highly recommend 10 out of 10. I was rushed to the hospital last minute and she only had a few hours notice that I needed a sitter and was happy to step up for a whopping 4 days! She kept me updated and coordinated with my son very easily with the chaos of my being hospitalized. I cannot thank her and her family enough for opening their home to my beloved blitz. She insured he ate well, he had a great time and her fenced in backyard and he even got some social time with her daughter and a friends chihuahua. He really had a great time at his doggy vacation. My dog had no signs of stress and we had a great ride home and he settled right back in without any incident. Excellent doggy caregiver!”
