About: I have watched all dogs from puppy to old senior sweethearts, my heart belongs to all animals. My boy loves friends and always ready for a visitor! I am currently a stay at home mother, I have all the free time in the world. I spend my free time with my baby and my fur babies!! I have a huge yard, not fenced in but safe and in a quiet neighborhood. All animals will be taken out on a leash and give PLENTY of time to go potty! About: Starting in 2020, I spent a few years on the road doing a variety of gigs, primarily animal transportation. I got to see the entire country and meet a ton of awesome animals - mostly dogs & puppies, but rabbits, kitties, lizards, too. I have since planted my flag in Galesburg, IL, and am hoping to build up a clientele of regular check-ins here in this area as I build a home for myself off the road. I am happy to book new clients through Rover, but I do most of my gigs through direct booking after the initial sit. Since Rover keeps 20% of a sitter's fee, please consider tipping in full to make up the difference. Upon meeting new clients, I would like to let folks know that it is common courtesy to compensate a potential sitter if they are traveling from out of town for a meet & greet. It is not expected but greatly appreciated to offer to stock the fridge for overnights, especially for longer sits. These are things I have learned from my favorite clients, families that have taught me how to make a happy living caring for their beloved households. Dogsitting is what I do for a living. I don't mind driving out of town for overnight gigs with appropriate compensation. Just ask and let's see what we can set up. For overnights, I like to keep handwritten notes throughout the day and have little photoshoots here and there. I prefer to check in via text at the end of the day w some nice photos and a brief summary of the day's events. My clients enjoy reading the full report when they get home.

About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician who loves pets of all species and sizes! I have 4 years of experience in the veterinary field with 2 years of veterinary technician schooling. I have had a dog since I was around 4 or 5 and ever since then I have loved animals beyond measure! I have pet sat for multiple people in my area. I can accurately feed, medicate, walk, bathe, bandage, recognize signs of emergency, perform CPR (in only the most extreme cases), etc for any pet needed I will soon be home a lot more often. While I do have to take care of my pets at home, I will be free most days through the week and I can do overnights on occasion. I am not comfortable bringing other pets into my home to meet my animals due to them being easily stressed. I will happily walk, spend the day with, snuggle your pets in your home or in public.
