My goal is to provide clients with the peace of mind that their home and animals will be treated with care and respect while they are away. Please reach out if you have any questions! I work part-time (Thursday-Saturday 3-8pm) and offer same day availability during the weekday. I am available Sunday-Wednesday for boarding, daycare, and housesitting. I am available on holiday weekends with at least one week notice. My home has a large, high fenced backyard and is pet friendly. My dog is a dog's dog and loves nothing more than a play date. While not under my active supervision, I can offer a kennel in a temperature controlled environment. In my client's home, I am respectful to any house rules and special requests. I want you and your animals to feel comfortable and I am happy to reinforce your routine while you are away.

Our 9-month old, rescue loved Ava immediately! You could tell from their initial interactions that Ava knew what she was doing, had excellent feedback and knowledge about raising shelter dogs. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our pup in her capable hands. Ava sent us pics and updates throughout her first day of Daycare and when we picked her up, Nova was happy, well-behaved and tired 🐕
Rodeo had such a great time at Joshua's -- he has a great space and Rodeo had a blast playing with his dogs and other dogs in his care. He sent us updates throughout the day and was very responsive. He's also just a cool guy and we enjoyed chatting with him at our first meet up and after pickup both days. Melinda was very interested in getting to know our dog. She asked a lot of questions about his behavior, his personality, his normal day, etc. She was very concerned about making our dog feel like he was as much at home as possible. Peso seemed very happy when we went to pick him up. We would definitively recommend Melinda for dog sitting. She was quick to respond to messages, and she sent us a picture of Peso. We would use Melinda again if we are visiting Albuquerque in the future.
