“Jean has been so patient and very wonderful with our Mila, and we couldn't be happier! Mila is a very shy dog but Jean was willing to work with her (and us) to make sure she was comfortable staying away from us for a week-long vacation. She sent us daily updates to let us know that Mila was getting along well and actually enjoying herself! At the end of the week, Jean also let me know how things went over all. I am so happy we found her! You can tell that she (and her family) truly care for the dogs they look after and spoil them with love while their owners are away. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”
