About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always loved caring for them. Growing up, my family had dogs, cats, and even a raccoon and squirrel for a little while thanks to my grandma lol! So I’m definitely comfortable around all kinds of personalities and energy levels! Right now, my boyfriend and I have two cats and a dog of our own, so caring for pets is a big part of my everyday life. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your fur babies, and I’d love to help give them the same love, attention, and care I give my own pets. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or just having someone around to make them feel safe and comfortable, I’m happy to help. I’ll always treat your pets like family! I recently left my full time job to pursue my teaching certification, so I have pretty open availability based on your needs! I will be sure to keep my calendar up to date as well. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of attention and affection. I know every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I always try to match their needs and energy. I’m also happy to give updates and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pets are happy and cared for while you’re away. Since I have pets of my own, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your fur babies.

About: Hey there! I’m a current student at UTSA with 5 years of experience in dog walking & pet sitting for friends and family. I have two dogs named Chaos and Riot (standard/pocket bully mix from the same litter!) and a blind cat named Francis (American Wirehair), so I’m pretty well versed in caring for both types of pets! I have also had many pets before them (some of which required medical care) so I have experience administering medication. Though I’m a full time student, I have plenty of breaks available in my day to check on your pet and make sure they get all the play time and love that they need! HOUSE SITTING: I am available for house sitting every night of the week! Please note that on weekdays, I will briefly step out during my daytime class & work hours, but I will always return during my scheduled time blocks listed above to feed, play with, and love on your pet! During housesitting, my goal is to maintain your pet's familiar environment and daily routine to minimize anxiety when you are away! I follow your feeding schedule, provide proper medical care (if applicable), and stick to my listed time blocks so pets are never left alone for more than a few hours at a time during the day. I keep your living space clean and secure, with the utmost respect, leaving the space exactly as I found it! I also send frequent photo and text updates so you can enjoy your peace of mind knowing that your pet is happy, relaxed, and safe! For check-ins or dog walking, I enter your home and greet your precious pets to ease any entry anxiety and check that their environment is safe and calm. I refill (and clean, if necessary) water bowls, and if requested, feed your pets the requested portions along with any oral medications. For cat drop-ins, I do a thorough daily scoop of the litter box and clean up any tracked litter. For pups, I immediately handle any accidents made during time unsupervised. Being well-versed in caring for both dogs and cats, in the many life stages, your pet will receive the best playtime (or chill time if that's their cup of tea!). As mentioned in my bio, I am an active runner, so if your pup loves to run, then we'd have a blast!

About: I took care of my dog, Luna, since the first day she was born because her mom didn’t want her. I’d wake up every 2 hours to make sure she ate while she was little because I didn’t want anything to happen to her. Now she’s 4 years old running around with her parents and siblings. I have a cat, she recently turned one. I take her everywhere with me, she loves car rides now. At home I have dogs who I’d always look forward going to play with after work. Pets have been a part of my life for a while now and I enjoy it. When it comes to dogs, puppies, I know that most of the time all they want to do is play and I’m okay with that. I think it’s an important part of their life to keep them healthy and happy.I know some pets don’t like being alone and it’s makes me sad to see pets waiting by the door for their owners to show up. About: I grew up with a rabbit named bunny honey, a bird named Charlie, and I now have my sweet pit/lab mix Soto, whom I adopted! I work full time Mon-Fri but drop in on my own dog during lunch as I work 10 mins away! I am able to keep your baby in my home, if you’re okay with that schedule. “Hector is amazing with my Carrick and was from the very beginning. I'm disabled and found myself in need of a part-time dog walker. My dog is being trained as a service dog but was also rescued from a shelter and does not trust people easily. Hector asked what commands he knew, what was the best way to approach him, didn't flinch when my baby got anxious during their meet and greet. He won my furbaby over so completely that the next morning when Hector showed up for the first walk, Carrick quietly sniffed and accepted him and was more than happy to go on a walk with him. Hector also discovered the best way to walk Carrick on their first walk - I've never seen him come back from a walk so happy before! I cannot recommend Hector enough. He has experience, is intuitive, communicative, respectful, thoughtful, and takes great care of your fur babies. My little man gets the tippy-tappies when he hears him walking up to the door. Really great experience with Jessica. My mom twisted her ankle and was not able to walk our fur baby while we were away on vacation out of the country. Could have been very stressful for all of us. Faith has a wonderful way with animals. When she stopped by to meet Wesley before his first walk, he was so excited you'd think they had been friends for months! Even my cats warmed up to her quickly, which is saying a lot since they're usually very standoffish with new people. When I came home from work, Wesley seemed happy and relaxed, which is always a sign that he's had a great walk. Faith was also punctual, professional, and clearly attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for a pet sitter, dog walker, or even a cat whisperer!

It was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but after reading clothes reviews, I’m glad I chose her to take care of my dogs. I really liked that she had experience with rescues especially because I have one and he can be reactive to certain things. I loved that she took time out of her day to come get to meet my dogs so they can get to know her as well. My first time experiencing was amazing over all especially to my dogs.

Maddison was awesome. Super kind, easy to communicate with, and great with Roxy. She sent updates and pics after every visit which I really appreciated—it made it easy to relax knowing Roxy was in good hands. You can tell she actually cares, and Roxy was clearly happy the whole time. I’m really happy with how everything went and would definitely book with her again.
Eric was quick to reply and genuinely cared about making my dog’s day. He took my Dalmatian on a nice long walk and also played with him in the backyard on both days I booked. Eric was great about keeping me in the loop and making me feel included while I was away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He’s an awesome person, clearly loves what he does, and I’ll absolutely be rebooking with Eric.
