About: I have experience taking care of dogs because I grew up with them. Being around dogs has always felt natural to me, so I understand the basics of feeding them, walking them, playing with them, keeping them comfortable, and paying attention to what they need. I’m gentle, patient, and attentive, but I’m also playful, so I enjoy making sure dogs are not just cared for, but actually happy and engaged. I know every dog has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, so I would always respect the owner’s instructions and take time to understand what works best for their dog. I’m currently in college and home for the summer, so my schedule is very open and flexible. I’m available for walks, playtime, drop-ins, and consistent care throughout the week. I’m happy to work with your dog’s routine and make scheduling easy for you. I care for pets by keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. In a client’s home, I would follow their instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medication, or general house rules. I want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. For walks or visits, I would stay aware of my surroundings, keep dogs secure on their leash, avoid unsafe situations, and pay attention to how they’re acting. My goal is for the pet to feel cared for and for the owner to feel relaxed knowing their dog is safe and in good hands.

About: I have owned dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. I have been dog sitting for our neighbors and friends for the past 12 years. I am experienced with handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I am used to medicating pets, both my own and for the ones I am temporarily taking care of. I have volunteered with the Humane Society at different stages in my life and have fostered dogs and cats with them. I am now in a situation where I have a house and yard big enough to enjoy the company of more dogs or cats. I love animals and have two dogs and a cat. I work from home and can devote 100% attention to the animals I am taking care of. I work from home at least 4 of 5 days. I go on 30-45 minute walks twice every day and my puppies get access to our yard throughout the day. For cats they have access to a separate area of the house that has doggie gates, in case they want their alone time. I have a fenced yard that the puppies have access to during the day. They are never left outside unattended and will be always accompanied by a human. I also have doggie crates and beds inside the house if that's what the puppy prefers. About: I got my first dog, Cookie, in 2017, but I had birds and fish as pets prior. I took care of most of the toys, treats, food and vet care for him. He is now around 11 and although I've moved out of the family home, I'm helping my parents transition him to senior care level: watching out for his joints and diet mostly. I've since moved in with my partner who has a 4 year old Corgi. He is a friendly, but high energy pup who would benefit from having other dogs around to play with. I sometimes dog sit my family dog with the corgi, so I am well versed in juggling puppy energy and training alongside senior care. I have a hobby photography background, so expect photo updates of your fur babies! I'm currently mostly available on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and holidays. Only looking to board/daycare one dog at a time right now, just so I don't overwhelm my own dog. May increase to more than one in the future! Weekday availability: Boarding (drop-off after 5pm). House visit, dog walking (Night only, 8pm onwards). Weekend availability: Usually free all day for all offered services. Message me for detailed availability! We have basic grooming equipment, if needed, to file nails, shave paw pads, and brush out fur. Weekends, I am able to spend more time with pets, like go on longer walks and visit pet friendly places (if you're ok with that). I have a fenced yard with grass/concrete area and an energetic Corgi for your dog to play with! I'm very respectful in others' homes and will strive to leave everything the way I found it or better. I am super organized and love relying on making to-do lists to keep track of all my tasks and responsibilities. I have a whiteboard dedicated for this at my home, but use my phone when I'm outside or in other's homes. I'm open to both crate trained and not crate-trained dogs. For cats, I make sure the litterbox is always clean and try to play with them if they want. Additionally, I'm always mindful of entering and leaving homes, in case a pet makes an escape attempt through my open door. I'm very detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and take great notes. So I make sure I know exactly the type of care you want for your pet!

My veterinarian wife has also taught me a lot about dog and cat behavior. I work for myself as a Software Engineer/Game Developer, so I have as much flexibility as I need in terms of availability, both in hours and location. I am huge on communication and accommodation. I will treat your pets as my own and give you the peace of mind of knowing your pets are well cared for.
