I recently just adopted a cat! In my clients home if I am doing a drop in, I will make sure the dog gets let out at least 2 times before I leave, feed them if I am instructed to, and give them love. For house sitting, I have had a schedule where I can leave the house for my job, not for past a certain amount of hours, I make sure the dog is getting outside and getting fed. For walks, I have typically done 30 minute walks, making sure the dog goes potty, and is getting their exercise in for the walk!
