About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I didn’t start doing it seriously until about 3 years ago. I walk, feed, bathe, and will let out any dogs. About: Hi my name is Hannah and I love animals! I grew up on a farm and I have been pet sitting for friends since I was a kid. I have a dog of my own. My fur baby is an Australian Shepherd mix and a rescue. I would love to help you with your pet setting needs or to drop in and help care for your fur babies while you're at work! My dog only gets along with small dogs or female dogs so that is why I can only have small dogs at my house they must be potty trained, good with kids, and other dogs. For drop-ins to go to your house I would need to bring my daughter so they must be good with kids!
About: I've worked a family farm since I was 8 years old. I have experience with all sorts of critters. Oh and I ain't scared of spiders or snakes if that suits your fancy! Im currently between jobs and hoping to get a part time so I can still do this. But I have a lot of time on my hands so I'd love to spend it pet sitting little fluff balls. I appreciate the trust to allow me to take care of your babies. Let alone let me in your house! Again thank you so much for the opportunity.
About: I have had experience with all kinds animals for over 26 years now ranging from dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, reptiles, fish, and more! I currently have in my home a very sweet dog named Bailey, who is 7 years old now and a cat named Thor, who is 4 years old and whose paws are too big for his own good. 🐾😹 I work a normal day job 5 days a week but i can take my hour break whenever i need to. My work is very accommodating to what time of day I come in and leave. I am willing to work or change my schedule around your pets needs just like I do for mine as well. I feed my dog and cat twice a day. Bailey, my dog, has medication she gets every morning with a treat and both animals get CBD tincture droplets in their food to help with her inflammation/ chronic pain. Both animals get to go outside but are supervised when they do. Thor, my cat, gets to roam a little more when outside and Bailey gets walked 2-4 times a day depending on my schedule. I make sure my animals get every day training so they are ready to go out into the real world and soar with flying colors. Whenever I have a day off from work, we go straight to the beach or a park for play time! And yes, Thor my cat will come to the beach with us, too. All of my animals have a harness and a seat belt/ carrier for the car ride. 🏝🐾❤️🎾🥏 I will treat your animals with the upmost care, respect and give them all the love they need just like I do with mine ❤️
About: I adore animals. So does my 10 year old specialized service dog, Scooter BearDog! Scooter has IBD, as well as a few other medical issues due to poor genetics. It is largely because of his conditions that I have developed gentle patience, kindness, and attention. Having IBD and previous medical issues, Scooter is on a specialized diet. He also receives a daily probiotic, steroids, and anti-nausea medicine to counter side effects. If your baby requires special needs, you can rest assured that your pet is in safe hands. To further ease your mind, I'm armed with a degree in biology and have studied Zoology, so I have a bit more than general/experience based knowledge. Even better, my sister is a Veterinarian and Animal Surgeon, so questions and concerns can be addressed on the fly! Whatever you need, if I can confidently and safely accommodate your pet(s), I accept! I'll love and care for your baby(s) as if they're my own. Before you trust me with your fur-friend, I'd be delighted to speak over the phone, video chat, or meet in person. If you'd like to meet in person, I'd be more than happy to bring Scooter BearDog and we can all get to know each other! Feel free to contact me anytime. My hours and prices are flexible! Being self-employed, l can alter my schedule to accommodate yours! Animals fuel my soul and make me happy. Walking with them, play time, bath time, all of it is therapy, no matter the hour. All you need to do is ask! How do I care for pets in my home and/or my client's home? Well, that's an easy one! Pets = Playtime! I will ask you for a brief, yet optional, "pet profile". This should include their favorite treats, places to be petted, toys, sleeping/lounging areas, places to walk, and any additional information that will help insure your fur-friend is happy and content, as well as maintain a comfortable atmosphere.
About: Passionate lifelong animal lover with extensive shelter volunteering experience. Experienced in medication administration and skilled in both puppy and senior care. Your pets are in caring hands! I am a part time graduate student and full time employee but can be flexible and work with a clients schedule throughout the day. I have the most availability on weekends. I prefer to care for pets in a client’s house/ home. It will limit the likelihood of upsetting the pet and keep them more comfortable and secure.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Milledgeville
I trust very few people with the care of my pups. Karoline has only done one official walk for me so far, but has quickly earned that trust. She took the time to do sufficient meet and greets for both of our comfort levels, and has been top notch responsive, detail oriented (following my strict instructions), trustworthy, reliable, a pleasure to work with and shown excellent communication skills. She has gone above and beyond my high expectations. Great job!

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
