About: Animals have always been a part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust. As a pet owner myself, I know that our pets are family, and I will care for yours with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. My goal is to help you feel confident and at ease while you’re away, knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands. Currently, I am very open. I only work evenings for a few hours. I am very flexible to work with you and your pets on the care that you need for them.. I am very flexible and understanding to do my best to meet you where you need. Before you leave your pet with me I will make sure that we are very clear on the expectations. The standards and the routines that are needed.
About: I have had years of experience dog sitting for my parents and family! I unfortunately work too much to provide full time love to a fur baby but here to help when available! I currently work full time but I am available for walks or check ups most days after 7pm and most weekends for boarding, walks or any check ups! I am in a popular growing neighborhood in midland with a large house. No kids and a fenced yard with a walking park located right behind me.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bearded dragons. My family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets for several years now and I always treat them as if they are my own. I am currently working part-time late in the evenings at a bar so I have plenty of time to play, walk and sit with your animals during the week and I am able to board and stay with your fur babies on the weekends. However, I will be working Friday and Saturday late nights till 2am, so potty breaks would have to be extended during those hours. I live in an apartment with my two cats and I am allowed to board animals in my apartment per the guidelines of the complex. I am available and willing to sit with your fur babies at your home and I am well equipped with using kennels and crates if that is required.
About: I've taken care of dogs for 30 years. I have also rescued many dogs and have a few pups of my own. I understand when needing a sitter for your pets, because I'm very picky when it comes to who watches my pets, and I know we all just want someone to treat them like our own. I work a full time job from 8-5, but I go home for lunch to check on my own pets, so any additional pets would not be a problem. I am free all weekend as well. I have a big fenced yard and I have room inside my home to crate your pets if needed or at bedtime. I have little fur babies that would keep your babies company as well. Your fur babies will always be safe and well cared for.

About: I have been animal sitting for the last 23 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, and shelled pets. I board at my house if needed or I can do drop ins and walks as needed. I have worked with puppies and geriatric animals. I have had to handle pets with medications including insulin. I do have a full time job but home home for lunch and I have a spouse that works from home with more years than me with pets as well. I work full time job that is 2 miles up the road from my house. I can be home withing 8 mins if i needed to be. I have a spouse who does work from home and can assist with let outs If needing more frequent potty breaks. I leave for work at 730 am and home by 5-6 pm. I have a fenced back yard. I have 3 small dogs that love other dogs so your pup will not be lonely. If your we have krates that we set up in our den for our visitors or small gate to separate them from the living area if they need to roam around.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Midland
Katie & her family did an amazing job taking care of our two fur babies! They sent daily updates while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind, especially since it was our first time leaving them. Our boys looked like they had the best time playing with their dogs We truly appreciate the love and care they received and would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone looking for someone to watch their pets! Thank you so much!

Alina was amazing!! She was able to take care of my Shadow at the last minute, which was SO helpful. She provided daily updates and pictures, and was available to answer any questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend her services! I'll be booking with her again the next time I'm out of town!
This is the second time Claudia has watch my pups. When we are in town it’s great when they can see familiar faces. Claudia and her family are amazing with the dogs. This time there was so many issues and last minute changes on my end. Claudia was kind and understanding. Quick to accommodate. Highly recommended.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
