Doggy Day Care in Michigantown

About: Most of my life has been caring for pets and having multiple pets in my home. It's my passion to be a loving safe space for any animal that's in need of one. I'm currently working a part time job so I will have plenty of time to care and love on your pet/pets and their daily needs. I live in a private neighborhood with no traffic. I have a fenced in back yard for your pet to safely explore. You can feel confident your pet will be safe and happy at my house.

About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

About: I promise to care for your pet as I would care for my own! I am extremely attentive to my dogs and would expect the same from others. I love all animals but have also felt more connected to dogs as I grew up owning them! My dogs are well cared for and loved! As a pet owner, I plan the needs of my dogs around my tasks for the day! I always make my dogs a priority and would do the same for others! I am attentive to my dogs and understand how quickly they can wander. I keep a close watch on their behaviors and understand and act upon behaviors that are not normal. My dogs are family and I understand the love owners have towards their animals.

“Dustin did a great job taking care of Patty with short notice. He was flexible and quick to respond to set up a meet and greet at the last minute when we had a death in the family. Patty enjoyed her day with Dustin and the rest of the pups. She loves meeting new people and pups but can be a bit shy and clinging at first but it was clear from the photos that Dustin provided that she was happy and content while we were away. She isn't used to being around several dogs and Dustin did a great job getting her settled in. She loves laying in the sun and roaming around grassy areas and Dustin's yard was like a big wonderful park for her where she could be off leash and enjoy the outdoors and running. We will absolutely be taking Patty back for just play time with other pups to make sure she stays socialized. She came home tired and happy and it was clear she was very well cared for. I have lots of experience with dogs and cats, but I'm equally comfortable and capable of house sitting and/or taking care of any animals you may have! I work a full time job from home and have a 14 year old son. We have a 1 year old aussie/blue heeler mix that loves playmates! My yard is fully privacy fenced. About: I am ecstatic to work with new pets! I have experience with boxers, english bulldogs, french bulldogs and would be happy to add to my list. I have cared for newborn puppies and moms with litters. I am organized and do well to adapt myself with new pets. I understand the importance of a well balanced diet and care giving for pets. I have everything needed to care for them. Including for an overnight stay. I have a pet room with kennels, bowls, toys and more in my house. The closed outside kennels also offer more space for bigger pets. It is air conditioned and heated as needed. Beds are available for each pet. The closed fenced deck is available to ensure safety. But also for fun play. I am home all day and care for other pets with a specific routine. I know each of their personalities through engagement. I am always excited to get to know new personalities and what makes them happy. I have a fenced yard and have any essentials needed for a smooth stay. I like to observe and make sure they are having a pleasant stay. It is important to me that my fur-visitor feels secure.

I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. Maple was a diabetic for 7 years. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. My senior pets care needs helped build my knowledge in senior dogs. I am well educated on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be just ask me! EDUCATION: I am a graduate with my b.s. in buisness from Purdue. I currently am a stay at home mother, with much freedom to build my own schedule. Therefore I am always available for drop-ins and pup walks throughout the week and weekends. About: I love fur babies! I've grown up with all sorts of animals but cats and dogs are my favorite! I know how to potty train dogs and also teach them yes, no, and tricks. I'm super excited to meet other fur babies and I promise to treat them as my own! Your fur baby will be loved and cared for deeply while with me! About: Hey there! My name is Audrey and I've been an animal lover since very a young age. Grew up on a farm and started watching for family and friends about 10 years old. From chickens, cows, horses, you name it I've cared for it! I take care of my parents Shih Tzu Dollie (named after Mrs Dolly Parton, because of her big attitude and sass!). *****My husband Joey occasionally assists me with pet sitting and care. We have many people that we have watched pets for together. We just love giving all animals love and affection they deserve. I'm currently a full time worker, but only working Wednesday to Saturday 7:30a to 6p. So I am available to cuddle and play with your furry family member on my days off and if your comfortable with care morning before and after my work schedule. My husband currently works 8a-4p in Plainfield as well, but he’s able to assist with midday potty breaks and care if you so desire! My husband and I take the atmost care of your furry family member making sure their bellies are full and they have plenty of cuddles and play time in the comfort of your own home!

About: You couldn't find someone who is more of an animal lover in all areas than me. I love and admire all types of animals, especially dogs and cats and would love and care for your pet as if they were one of my own. We live out in the country with a small fenced in yard and a fairly large 2-story house with lots of room for dog walks if on a leash outdoors and they can have the run of the house indoors! I would offer plenty of potty breaks as needed and would love to play with your pets as well. Toys would be welcome! Would love to have the chance to love and care for your pet and to meet you! About: I enjoyed having cats and dogs growing up. As an adult, I have taken care of both cats and dogs for friends. I also worked/volunteered at a local shelter for years. working with puppies. old, big, little and traumatized dogs. I can run with those that want to. Additionally, I’m good at fetch and tug-of-war. I have commercial auto insurance coverage for your pet in my care. And I have uploaded a copy of my PetCare Insurance in my photos that covers potential incidents in your home, my home and in the park. I’ve given medication’s. I will follow your instructions to the letter and I don’t have an opinion. I have a lot of free time while I’m working on a book and don’t really need the money. I just would love the experience. I think the most important part is safety. PetCare Insurance for the unforeseen, but vigilance eliminates a lot of that. Pets are often curious and you need to make sure they’re not getting into harms way. When I take your dog for a walk, I won’t be on my phone because you need to be on the lookout for potential danger. I can take your dog to the park, around the neighborhood, for a drive or just stand in the yard. It’s all up to you. I will follow your instructions without opinion.

About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. My partner and I both work from home and we have two dogs of our own, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I have 2 friendly, crate trained dogs who get walks 2-3 times/day. We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.
