About: I am a professional handler and groomer. I have 5 years experience working at and managing a doggie daycare/boarding/training/grooming resort. I teach obedience classes and hold a puppy kindergarten class. I have owned multiple dogs and cats my whole life. I also have experience with lizards, bunnies, and other small critters My schedule is pretty open. Check my calendar for availability. I own a pet care busines, so this is what I do 7 days a week. I would consider myself to be a very responsible and trustworthy person. The safety and wellness of your pets are my #1 priority. I always make sure that all doors are closed and locked when coming and going and that all items that could potentially be of danger are away from reach. I own and operate a pet care business full time and offer a wide variety of services out of my home or I can travel to you. We are a very active family and enjoy getting outside. My 2 boys love to involved and are very gentle and playful. I take the dogs outside for frequent potty breaks and go for 2 long walks. One in the morning and one in the evening. I do enjoy taking the dogs to the state park if the weather is nice. I also have access to a doggy daycare after hours and take the dogs there so they can run and play for a few hours.
“She was wonderful with my husky! Spirit is a rescue with a mostly unknown past. She is usually in "Stranger Danger" mode but while she was definitely not happy Lilliana managed to gain her trust and get her bathed with little drama. I am so thankful that Lilliana answered my request.”

“Diana is fantastic! She jumped right in to help me with my new puppy for about two weeks now and we’ve a few more on the books. She gone above and beyond to help my take care of and start training my puppy! She’s timely and very communicative. SO thankful for her!!”

About: I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by furry companions, and understand their needs and energy completely. With boundless enthusiasm and endless patience, I’m here to provide a loving, engaging experience for your pets! I am available for early morning shifts, evenings, and weekends, and I can generally accommodate your schedule with at least 24 hours' notice if needed. I maintain a safe and minimalist environment that provides ample space for your cats or dogs to play. Additionally, I can rearrange the areas in various configurations to meet your pets' needs.
About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. With all the free time on my hands, and I would love to get the chance to spend it walking and playing with your fur babies! In the past, I have dog sat for other friends and family and I really enjoyed it and having the extra company is always a plus!
“Top tier Rover. Emily is always saving me in a tight spot and taking care of my kitty, Nyx, during my ultra last minute holiday plans or emergencies. She’s very communicative and follows pet care instructions to a T, she’s saved my ass twice in a bind and I have no complaints especially since my baby is fed and a little less lonely while I’m away. You’re in good hands if you choose Emily.”

About: I've grown up caring for pets, so I understand how much love, patience, and consistency animals need. For the past two years, I've pet sat in clients' homes, staying overnight when needed so pets can stay comfortable in their own space. I have experience with dogs and cats. I'm happy to help with feeding, walks, playtime, litter boxes, basic care, and lots of attention and affection. I always make sure owners feel at ease with regular updates and thoughtful care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and can make time for walks, feeding, playtime, check-ins, and plenty of attention. I enjoy being around animals, so caring for them never feels like a chore—I make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication instructions, and any special care needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space, keep everything clean, and provide regular updates so they feel comfortable while away. My priority is making every pet feel safe, loved, and relaxed in a familiar environment.
“Maddie made me feel that my precious cat was going to be well-taken care of while we were away, and she did not disappoint. Prompt and courteous, I have already recommended her to a neighbor. I hope she will be able to allow me to travel without worry many more times in the future.”

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life, and through those years they interest me more and more. I had/have multiple cats and dogs, and the connection with them has been something I couldn’t imagine not experiencing. Plus, the knowledge I have gained from being around familiar animals makes me feel I would love experiencing new things with other pets, and get to know their unique personalities. With that being said, I am open to almost any training/service necessary for your dog(s) or cat(s) needs and would love to get to know your fuzzy family! I’ve just started school, and my classes are every weekday from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, just so you’re aware if that contradicts any booking requirements you need. I have my own pets to take care of, but other than that I don’t have consistent routines that would get in the way of the times and dates I’m available. For drop-ins, I will do feedings, outdoor/potty time, and get to know your pet(s). If there’s any questions or other service not noted that you’d like to ask I can do, I would be happy to answer. Walks- I do at least 15 minute walks, and up to 90 minute walks. More characterized questions, such as walking area or what certain necessities your pet(s) needs can be discussed once I have contact/a schedule with you.
“Jennifer was great! I hadn't followed up with her regarding access to Legend but yet she remained diligent regarding gaining access to him. I also appreciated her willingness to work with Legend. Being that he is a pit bull that can be intimidating to most but she took on the challenge. Thank you again Jennifer! I hope to book you in the future.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have experience with diabetic dogs. Dogs that need medicine. Special needs dogs. I love to play with them, walk them and I will treat them as my own. We raise horses so I have a lot of experience where you have to pay close attention so I would notice if something is off with you dog and I would address it immediately. I’m retired so you would not have to worry about your dog or cat. I would walk, brush, and play with your dog or cat. I would take care of your animal as my own at your home. I would make sure they are loved like my own. If they have special needs or need shots, medicine or anything extra you can feel safe with me.
About: I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and providing them with the care, attention, and companionship they need. I am patient, responsible, and dependable. Whether it's walking, playing, keeping them company, or following their daily routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I currently work part-time, so I have flexible availability throughout the week. I am available on weekdays after work and on weekends. I always follow your instructions, keep pets in a safe environment, and provide regular updates with photos. I will treat your pet with patience, kindness, and the same care I would give my own.
“Cole is an incredible and responsible dog sitter that I can trust my pets with. My dogs are very nervous and need some time to adjust to people, especially men, but Cole has went the extra mile to make sure my dogs feel happy and are properly cared for when I can’t be there. He is always quick to respond, easy to work with, and gentle with all my animals. You can tell he truly loves animals and and he has been nothing but kind and professional. If you feel nervous about getting a pet sitter, I would definitely consider contacting Cole for your needs. Thank you Cole for being so good to my Rudy, Po and Beano!”

“Chelsea is top notch! She was available for us last minute and exceeded our expectations. She was great with communication and even sent us adorable photos of our pup to ensure he was well taken care of. We will definitely be returning to her for our future needs!”

About: I had a 100 lb mastiff all 8 years of his life on earth and trained him extensively. He walked well on a leash but even when he developed leash aggression later on in life and he pulled I had the strength to contain him. I'm very used to extra large breeds and love them dearly! I also potty trained and crate trained him as a puppy. I am a self-employed wedding photographer that works from home and only works seasonally so I'm very flexible! I have two kittens at home so caring at the client's home is ideal unless the dog is cat-friendly. :) I have a fenced in yard. Whether I am in my home or the client's home, I love walking with dogs and miss it so much since my dog died last June. It brings me joy to give dogs the exercise they need and stay healthy myself in the process!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
