About: I have taken care of dogs and other pets for many years and also worked at the zoo! I love animals and have passion to care for what you love. I will treat each animal like my own, and ensure your love is felt from wherever you are! I am in school currently to get my doctorate in physical therapy, but I have a lot of time to care and help for your furry family members! I have a very open schedule! I will ensure all boundaries are approved by the client and my own. I have a fence and a safe area as well as will send updates to the client as much as possible. About: I have grown up with dogs at home for most of my life, and I started caring for other people’s pets during high school. I have done anything from dog walking to overnight stays, catering to each dog’s specific needs. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and this can much be attributed to my volunteer work at Save the Animals Foundation. There, I come into contact with new dogs almost every week, so I have learned a lot about how to read dogs and how to handle different situations. I can promise I will love your pet like it is my own, and I can’t wait to meet some new furry friends! I am currently a full-time college student, but most days I have a lot of free time, as my classes are only a small portion of my day. Coming up on winter break, too, I will have even more time on my hands without any classes, so I am largely available to spend time with your pet! At home, I have two dogs, and we have an invisible fence, so they pretty much come and go as they need to, being allowed to go outside whenever. They get fed twice a day, and I refill their water bowls continually throughout the day. They both shed a lot, but I brush them often to help prevent any matting and to help with the shedding. I take them on car rides at least once a week as well, going to the park or to Starbucks to get a pup cup! However, for other dogs I care for, I am able to cater to whatever you and your dog’s needs may be. I have cared for other dogs with fenced in yards, letting them out as needed, but I have also taken dogs out on leashes who don’t have as much yard space and need to be monitored more closely. I have experience with using e-collars, so if that is something that your dog is trained with, I am comfortable with using this with your dog. I am able to feed your dog at whatever time/schedule they are accustomed to, and I can give them any medications that they may need as well. I have had to break up a few dog fights at the animals shelter I volunteer at, so should a situation arise in which intervention is needed, I won’t hesitate to do so. If your dog likes car rides, I have an SUV that can fit dogs of any size. Pretty much anything that you need, I can do!

About: I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2006 with Fear Free Certification since 2017. I have the knowledge of many different animals and the care needed for them. I have had pets for most of my life and couldn't imagine it any other way. I treat my pets (and yours) with the love and respect deserved. If your pet needs special treatment for their health such as injections or anything medical related I am very comfortable with all types of treatments. I am up early everyday and have plenty of time to love your furry friends. Everyone gets the special care they need and our other dogs love to have friends to play with. We love our pets at this house! We treat them all like our own. Every pet here gets love and attention according to each personality. I have a house with special fenced area that the dogs can run around in and a full basement that we can play in if the weather isn't great.

About: I’ve had dogs in my house since I was born and have trained my dogs when we first got her as a puppy. I also have helped make my oldest dog comfortable after adopting him. I work part time and will be attending college in the fall so I figured this is a perfect thing to do with my short breaks in between classes and off days! I have a dog crate that can be set up and a large yard for your dogs to run around. I have a dog that can also keep your dog entertained.

About: I grew up taking care of cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and everything in between. I raised two English Labrador Retrievers from puppy to adult. I have had cats and dogs with special needs. So I am confortable and knowledgeable on the different care that both may need and require. I have experience with small and large breed dogs as well as dogs that have behavior and anxiety issues. I have been a stay at home mom for many years and my last child is about to graduate and go off to college. I have a lot of free time and I am very flexible during the day. I know how stressful it can be to trust your pet with a stranger. I also know how stressful it can be on your pet. I want to work to make you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible. I don't want them to be anxious or afraid. I want them to feel safe at all times. I want to build that trust with them. I have had dogs that have had cancer and needed wound care to a diabetic dog that required shots twice a day. I also feel strongly about connecting with you, the owner, and will follow and reinforce how you interact and do things at your home. I will follow all rules and special instructions to insure that you and your dog/cat feel comfortable and safe.

About: I have had cats my whole life, so I have experience taking care of pets. I love learning about what makes each dog or cat special! I have a part-time job, but I still have free time during the week and on weekends. My shifts are not routine, but they are easy to work around. I can easily commute to a client’s home, and I will be respectful of any guidelines put in place. I will take care to do what your pet needs.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for 15 years. I am familiar with almost all breeds! Plenty of friends and family have trusted me for short and long periods of time. I am capable and have experience with taking care of sick and senior dogs. I would spend time with your dog, not just do quick drop ins! All dogs are my best friend ! I’d follow the exact instructions given by you! You know your pup best. I’d ensure your pup is given food, water, playtime, walks and potty breaks! About: As a child, I attended an obedience class with my first rottweiler. That class supplied me with a foundational knowledge of dog training. Additionally, it strengthened and solidifed my ability to have patience with dogs and to meet them where they are in regards to behavior. I have pet sat for family members and taken care of my own pets from a young age. While pet sitting, I take pride in treating the animals as if they were my own. I prioritize their feeding and exercise needs while trying my best to provide emotional support to them while their family is gone. Aside from that, I have over a year of work experience in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I am responsible for a plethora of tasks including restraining dogs for vaccinations, exams, and treatment, setting up surgery packs for procedures, ensuring exam rooms are clean and at an excellent standard for patients, and handling animals with care and respect in their last moments. With the last responsibility, being there for pet owners who may have tough decisions to make or who are coping with the loss of their pet is another important aspect of my job. My schedule at the animal hospital is dependent on the season and how many staff members are available. As of now, I find myself free at least a few afternoons a week, most weekday nights, and with flexible weekend availability. As I look to transition into a more consistent role, my availability may shift. In my clients homes, I ensure the environment is clean and secure. I respect my clients and their wishes in how I care for their pets. If crating is something preferred, I make sure to do that. However, I prefer to be with the pet as much as possible so they do not have to be crated for long periods of time if I can help it. In prioritizing the pets safety, I also make sure be aware of my surroundings and the dogs' boundaries or personalities while in public. If the dogs are reactive, I do my best to keep a distance from any potentially anxiety inducing or dangerous situations. I also keep a close eye on pets if they were to go outside in a fenced in area, especially considering there may be gaps in the fence or wildlife who could harm them.

About: At one point my family had four dogs at once, so it’s no surprise that I am a dog person. I recently rescued a kitten (Kumo) so now I have cat experience. I am available most weekends including most holidays. I’m also open to a “meet and greet” if you’d like. I can run with your dog and know enough about pet care to recognize when they are tired, thirsty, hungry, or just bored. I can adjust our activities based on their preference. I think it’s important to get to know your dog! I would like to take them to the parks if that is their thing! If not, we can play at home or walk the neighborhood. Either way, I am so excited to work with you and your dog(s)! I will work out a schedule depending on your specific needs and my availability. Over night stays are my most commonly booked service. Please set clear expectations concerning times spent at your home. I am comfortable walking all sizes of dogs! Please give me details on their behavior, usual routes, and destination. I’ve taken previous Rover booking to the dog park in my car.

About: I’ve worked with dogs of all sorts, cats too. I’ve worked in animal care. I’ve taken care of animals for short and long stays. I’ve done play groups, puppy preschool, individual play, senior care. I’ve done it all. i am currently working doggy daycare but willing to make time to help. My passion are animals so I’ll make anything work to have the opportunity to work with them whenever.
