I don’t have any dogs that live with me but my parents have two dogs of my own, a standard poodle and a West Highland Terrior. I stop by a couple times per week at their house to see how they are doing. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I have housesitted and dog sitted for weeks at a time for friends and family. I have walked dogs, made pickups and drop offs, etc. I am a dependable and responsible individual who wants to keep the pets safe! That’s my main priority. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
