About: I’ve been around dogs the last 20 years and I’ve been taking care of dogs for the last 14 years of my life. I love them and I couldn’t imagine my life without them. I’ve learned everything I know from my parents who’ve had dogs for 32 years I am 100% free and available whenever you may need I prefer having two days heads up before I can make the plan, but I can also show up For same-day visits as needed I have 2 3-year-old Samoyed girls that are absolute sweethearts who would love to have another puppy or dog hanging out in our fenced in back yard , I can crate your dog easily if needed.

About: I’m a dependable and caring dog walker and previous dog Mom and current dog Auntie, who truly loves spending time with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’ll tailor each walk to your pets personality and needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet. You can count on me to show up on time, keep your dog safe, and treat them like they’re my own. I’ll follow your care instructions closely and keep you updated with photos and notes after every walk. I’m recently retired after a successful career, and now I’m spending more time doing what I love—being outdoors and around dogs. I’m highly capable, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple tasks or dogs at once. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy the company of animals and the peace that comes with spending time outside. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and routine will always be my top priority. When caring for pets in their home, I prioritize their comfort, routine, and safety. I follow all instructions closely, maintain a calm and respectful environment, and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and affection they’re used to. I treat every home with care and every pet like they’re my own.

About: Thanks for considering me to be your sitter! I’m coming back to Rover after taking a break from the platform and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you. As a dog owner, I know how hard it can be to find the right person to trust and care for your pet. I love animals and will do everything I can to make sure yours is well cared for. Trust and safety is my top priority. I’m a dog owner and have experience working with all kinds of dogs with different needs. I enjoy getting outside and being active so always happy to care for dogs with a more energy but also just as happy to hang out with mellow dogs who like to relax. I’ve also had cats in the past and happy to care for them as well. During the week I work remotely and my job provides good flexibility. I am available most mornings, afternoons, and early evenings on weekdays and some weekends. Safety and the well-being of your pet is my number one priority. If you have any preferences or requirements for your dog or cat I’m happy to accommodate. Depending on your needs I can provide food, treats, crating, walking, indoor/outdoor play and more. Just let me know!

“Amanda did a great job dropping in for an hour to take care of Bonnie and Clyde. We got some nice pictures of our 2 cats while we were away and appreciate that. Kitty litter was as taken care of and most of all our cats got a little attention while we were away. Thank you Amanda!”

About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life. I specialize in caring for senior dogs who may need help walking or moving around. I have multiple years experience taking care of dogs with nerve issues who unfortunately don't have control over bowel movements and often have unplanned accidents. I have experience caring for blind and deaf dogs as well. I work part time and get to create my own schedule. I used to live with two senior daschunds, but unfortunately now I don't have any dogs of my own. I'm looking to fill the void in my heart by helping to take care of dogs (and other pets) that need companionship or exercise. I have been to dog training classes before for aggressive dogs. I am good at helping pets follow through with their training. I can take the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks, to get a little exercise, or keep them company.

“Samantha was so great with our hyperactive nutball German shepherd Remington! We get nervous leaving her with people but she responded so amazingly to Samantha! Very clear that she loves animals and it showed with how happy our pup was!”

“I needed dog walking help on short notice, and Eleanor made me feel so much better about my absence. I got notes and pictures that let me know how my puppy was doing each time she dropped in. I would definitely work with Eleanor again.”

About: My family currently has 4 dogs, we travel a lot and know how hard it is to find affordable and reliable boarding. We’re here to help with that, and plus having pets coming and going will help us resist the need to adopt more . My pack is a wild bunch, they jump, they play rough sometimes, they put each other in their place. It’s not for everyone so let me know if it’s too much. I won’t be offended. There is someone always at home because I work from home. We go outside every 2 hours and throw the ball around d and play in the backyard. I would much rather care for pets in my home only. My home is safe and pet friendly, and I know pets would love it here.

About: Have been around dogs my whole life, always had at least one in my household. I’ve watched multiple families dogs, friends dogs, even friends of families dogs. I don’t think of them as just pets I think of them as best friends and a companion I’m currently working evening shifts at a restaurant waitressing about 4 nights a week. Most days that i work are Mondays, Wednesday’s, Fridays and Sundays the rest of the days I have completely off. I have my morning and afternoons available as well on the days that I am working. Have a pretty flexible schedule! I have a big fenced in yard with plenty of play room! Currently only have 2 cats in my household no dogs at the moment they get along really well with dogs since they’ve grown up around them but if your dog doesn’t get along with cats we have a separate area in my household where my cats usually stay so I can keep them apart.

About: I have spent about 8 years walking and sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. I have 3 years of experience being a veterinary technician and plan to become a veterinarian one day! I work part time, mostly during the mornings. I am available throughout the weekends and nights mostly. My schedule for work does vary but not by much each week! I live in a house with a big backyard so running and playing with high-energy animals is so big deal! I also have lazy kitties who enjoy just sitting and being pet. Whatever their into, i am into.

About: After taking two years of a veterinary science class, I am able to offer expert pet care, going beyond typical sitting to provide knowledgeable, compassionate, and health-conscious service. I currently do not have a summer job and begin community college in the fall- studying to become a veterinary technician! My schedule is open on the weekdays, and if needed I may be able to fit in some weekends. When caring for your pets, my top priority is to ensure their safety, happiness, and well-being. If instructions are provided, I always follow them carefully- paying close attention to feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any specific needs or medications. I treat every pet like they’re my own, with attention, respect, and lots of love!

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, cats and even dogs. I always keep up with my dogs training and I always care for my cats! I’m currently in school atm but if we just talk I can go after classes and fit it into my schedule. Most of my classes are morning classes as well. I will try to gain your pets trust and if you are training I can keep up with that. Your pets will not go unnoticed!

Lea M.
“Lea M has done an outstanding job with my fur babies for the last few years. She is very intuitive with their emotional needs and makes sure that they have cuddle time after there're fed (very very important) and after they go for walks. Her attention to detail with issuing each dogs meds is outstanding and really makes me feel confident when my family and I are out for long trips. I really appreciate the pictures and the short videos. Also, I don't know how you're able to give them a bath so easily because they really put up a lot of resistance with me. Thank you Lea, my family & I (and the dogs) are looking forward to seeing you again 🐕”
