“This was my first time leaving Neo with Laurie and that too a lat minute thing so my nervousness was higher but Laurie made sure to put my mind at rest. I am completely satisfied. & I say that for number of reasons: 1. Since it was last min we were unable to do meet and greet but Laurie made sure we had a detailed call to ensure the experience for both of us is good. Talking to her was very assuring as she asked me all the details and provided details of her pets too. 2. She provided regular picture updates which I absolutely loved and appreciated 3. Her dog (Andres) and my dog got along well and the pics totally reflected them enjoying and believe me my dog Neo is super enthusiastic into playing and he loves dogs more than human and sometimes it can tiring for other dog so I thank Andres too for taking care of Neo? 4. Neo got good long walks daily on beach or woods. So she made sure to give him space to release that energy. 5. Laurie also helped me with brushing him since Neo’s hair needs daily brushing. I will definitely use her service again☺️”

Daniela did a wonderful job boarding our dog, Tanner. He was clearly very comfortable with her and her entire family, and we got lots of great photos of Tanner exploring the large fenced in yard and interacting with Daniela's kids. We will definitely use Daniela for future boarding needs!
We booked Kathy and John to watch our baby (a 1-year-old Boxer pup) while we traveled out of state for a Celebration of Life. It was short notice because our original sitter had something come up unexpectedly and could not take Colby for us. John and Kathy were so accommodating, accepted the request right away and we scheduled a "meet and greet" for the following day. Colby had so much fun going for a hike with them and playing with their Boxer, Georgie, that first night! Kathy was great and sent us some awesome pictures of them having a great time playing together which was so comforting! We had never left our puppy before so we were a tad bit on the anxious side! Unfortunately, Colby suffered a medical emergency the first night, in the middle of the night, at 3AM. He had two seizures within a short time span and John and Kathy quickly sprang into action and took our boy to the emergency vet for medical treatment. She notified us immediately and explained all the details which made the upsetting event a little easier to deal with. They continued to check in with us while he was there and also after we brought him home from the hospital. Kathy even sent me a pic of her husband laying down with Colby while they were waiting to be seen at the animal hospital. Very sweet! Their quick thinking, compassion and follow-thru was so kind and thoughtful. They treated Colby as if he was their own! They were extremely professional and followed up with Rover to let them know of the situation. We are thankful for their care of our pup and hope that he can join them for a hike at some point in the future. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Kathy and John!
