Pet Sitting in Merlin

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 13. Whether it was my own while my parents were gone or friends and neighbors as I got older. I have cared for both really active dogs that need to run all the time and older slower pets that need a lot of attention to details. I am currently a student at Western Oregon University enjoying my summer break back home. So I am available any time as I can create my own schedule. I can’t keep pets here but I am willing and able to do anything needed whether it is crating or making sure they are properly leashed if need be. I can also just watch as they run around!

About: I've taken care of a variety of animals including chickens, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I also have two fur babies of my own who love when we go on walks together. ❤️ I see animals as part of the family not just pets in a home. I've grown up with dogs and cats my entire and can't imagine life without animals in it. ❤️ When I'm with your animal I do my best to give them the love and attention that you would also give them while you're home with them. And stitch to their Dailey schedule as best as I can. 🙂 I work around my work schedule and lifestyle to provide the best care I can for the animals in your home. ❤️ If you want me to stay in your home then I'm able to do so due to not having the space for more animals to stay in my current home. 🙂 I am also open to meet and greets with you and your animals to make sure that we're a good fit! 🙂 While I'm staying with your pets who are also part of your family. ❤️ I do my best to work around my work schedule and lifestyle to stitch to your animals daily schedule as accurate as I'm able to provide. Their health and safety is a top priority for me. If they have a certain breakfast and dinner time then I'll do my best to keep it the same or at least as close as possible depending on my work schedule. 🙂 I like to also keep you updated on your pets while they're in my care so you know they're safe and happy as I'm taking care of them. ❤️

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and my grandma used to train guide dogs for the blind so I have a lot of experience with dogs. I am a student at WOU and I work part time so I have plenty of time to hang out, walk and play with your dog or cat. I don’t have any pets of my own but I love taking dogs on walks or running around and playing with them in the fields around my apartment.

About: Suz and Brian have both been lifelong pet parents. Suz worked for a pet hospital for years and almost all of our pets over the last 20 years have been special needs rescue babies.(diabetic, blind, deaf, liver shunt, dementia, cancer, etc) This means we are well versed in special needs care for your special needs kiddos. Pills, SubQ injections, SubQ fluids, bandage changes, glucose testing, Suz works remotely from home, available to your pet as needed through the day for loves, medicine, etc. Brian currently works out of the home but will be retiring soon and will then be 100% dedicated to caring for the pets of our clients! We are available for meet and greet, home checks, and drop off/pick up almost any time day or night and will work with you to schedule what is best for you and your pet(s). Ensuring you are comfortable with who is caring for your pet(s) is second only to your pet(s) safety and well being in our care! Cat boarding: since we have a cat of our own and we know other cats may not be ooen to meeting her (she is ok with others.. mostly ignores them) we have a dedicated cat boarding room where she cannot go near them. Our yard has no grass (rock and astroturf) so no nasty ticks riding our coattails into the home to come in contact with your kitty. Brian is available for drop in care or overnight boarding in your home for dogs and/or cats. This is what we prefer for our own pets when we are away, maintaining their routines etc as best as possible, so want to be sure you have this option too! All of our personal pets are fully vaccinated and receive regular flea treatment.

About: I’ve been taking care of all kinds of animals since I was little! I have a huge soft spot for all animals. My family and friends always rely on me to care for their houses and pets! With a sudden and unexpected loss of a loved one recently, I decided to take some time off and be more focused on myself. That being said, my schedule is extremely open and flexible! I have a very high energy boarder collie so working with energetic dogs are not a problem for me whatsoever! I understand every animal should be getting their energy out and enjoy their lives!

About: I have been involved with animals my entire life, my dad is a veterinarian, and I worked as a vet tech for over eight years. I’ve also volunteered at rehab rehabilitation centers. I’m very experienced with owning all types of animals, and deeply care about their well-being! I currently work from home and can fit my schedule around caring for my/other pets. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits with flexible timing. I’m very attentive and treat every pet like family. I keep a clean, calm environment, stick to their normal routine, and closely follow any care instructions. I’m mindful about doors, leashes, and safety at all times, and I send regular updates so you feel totally at ease.

About: I’ve been dogsitting for at least 3 years now. I’ve specifically been pet sitting for the same few family’s over the span of several years. Since I have no other commitments, I am able to spend as much time as needed with the dogs and treat every dog like it’s my own. I don’t mind having to make special meals for dogs, going on walks, or staying full time at your house! I have experience with dogs with anxiety under circumstances such as storms and fireworks and I am also good with high energy dogs. I enjoy meeting with the dogs before booking so reach out! I do not have any other jobs currently so I am able to give my full attention to your pets! I already take walks on my own so having a dog join me would be beneficial as well. I do not have pets of my own so it’s easy for me to give full love and attention to other peoples pets like the pet I never had.

About: I have 30 years experience with various animal species including dogs, cats, and rabbits. I understand their needs, exercise, nutrition, medical, and grooming. I have volunteered with rescues and worked part time at a vets office as well. I ensure quality care at an affordable price. I am at home most of the time and ensure the pets wellbeing and safety before running short errands. I also have a family member who watches them if I am away so they will be fully supervised. I am a helicopter pet parent and speak their language. I am well prepared (I have excess supplies, please ask) and am experienced for medical emergencies and or disability care.

About: I grew up in a house multiple dogs and cats and currently have a dog and 6 cats living with me. I fostered and raised new born cats and had volunteered at an animal shelter. I take pride in taking care of pets and the shelter animals and do plan of becoming a veterinarian in my future. I've dog sat my aunt's dog a few times whenever she visited. I'll play with my dog often as to keep him from getting into things he shouldn't. I'm the one who spends time with our dog and cats whenever my mother is at work and am the one to take the dog on evening and sometimes morning walks. I have also spent nights in my mum's place so her dog would know someone is there whenever she went out of town. I usually will always love and care for the furbabies alongside my own giving them the love they need and deserve. Currently I'm not working but do plan to work soon as I did just move here. All furbabies will be treated and cared for as of they are my own. I'll always keep an eye out for your furbaby making sure they are safe.

About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, fish, and turtles for years! I have a cat of my own, and my family has always had multiple dogs I care for. I love all animals! I personally take care of my pet every day with ensuring her food and waste is maintained, so these routines are familiar to me. I have lived with dogs my entire life, with and without fences, so I have walked dogs of all sizes and in all weather. I have experience with crate trained dogs, outside cats, outside dogs, picky eaters, weak bladders, elderly animals, puppies, kittens, and more! I care for elderly animals currently along with a kitten. Cleaning up accidents is no issue for me!
