We have two dogs and our girl Mila is 8 months. We were away for two nights and this was her first time overnight at another home. What I loved is that Marc kept us updated with pictures and descriptions of their day. He took the dogs on walks every morning, he has a great yard for them to run around and play, he even brushed them and they came back to us smelling amazing! Another great point to make is that he gives them his full attention and they are never left alone. This was very important to me especially with our young one. My older pup is very used to travel and new spaces but I still need the peace of mind knowing he is getting the attention he needs. From the very start she went above and beyond — she was open to meeting us in person before the stay so Willow could get comfortable ahead of time, which made such a difference. Throughout the week she was communicative, sent photos, and was flexible in every way. But honestly, what stood out most was how much she genuinely loved Willow. You could just tell. She told us multiple times how sweet Willow was and that she’d miss her — and we believed every word of it.
