And they could see that Barry was timid and would need extra attention and they made sure to provide that care. They have a great back yard and I know Barry played a lot because he slept right when he got home. They updated me and sent pictures throughout the whole stay and genuinely cared for our puppy. From the very start she went above and beyond — she was open to meeting us in person before the stay so Willow could get comfortable ahead of time, which made such a difference. Throughout the week she was communicative, sent photos, and was flexible in every way. But honestly, what stood out most was how much she genuinely loved Willow. You could just tell. She told us multiple times how sweet Willow was and that she’d miss her — and we believed every word of it. For us, leaving our girl with someone is a big deal, and Kayla made it so easy to feel at peace. We will absolutely use her again the next time we’re on the island.
