This was only Sadie‘s second time boarding in someone else’s home without me…I learned from my first experience that Sadie does not do great with other pets in the house… and, even though Kari’s was pet free, I was still trepidatious about trying another boarding situation in a strange (to my pup) home. My fears were immediately alleviated upon meeting and seeing Kari interact with Sadie and how she let Sadie explore around her wonderful home. Physical relief was all I felt when I left Sadie with her. Kari kept me informed each day with reports and pictures of what she and Sadie were doing, and I was never worried that Sadie was anxious or anything but completely comfortable. Seriously will make sure that Kari is available anytime I plan anything where I need to leave Sadie with someone for any reason! I think my girl had a great time and definitely was very well cared for. Cannot thank Kari and her family enough! ❤️❤️❤️”

From the very start she went above and beyond — she was open to meeting us in person before the stay so Willow could get comfortable ahead of time, which made such a difference. Throughout the week she was communicative, sent photos, and was flexible in every way. But honestly, what stood out most was how much she genuinely loved Willow. You could just tell. She told us multiple times how sweet Willow was and that she’d miss her — and we believed every word of it. For us, leaving our girl with someone is a big deal, and Kayla made it so easy to feel at peace. We will absolutely use her again the next time we’re on the island. About: I have a senior cat with a serious digestive and heart condition, so I’m certainly used to giving pets their proper medications, feeding at specific times, or just generally giving them the love and attention they need! I grew up with dogs, and have pet sat for friends, family and clients for years. I feel more than comfortable feeding, walking or staying with pups of any breed or size. I’ve been a sitter on Trusted Housesitters for years and have been lucky enough to let sit as far away as Berlin! I’d love the opportunity to take great care of your pets while you’re away! I have a super flexible schedule with work and can generally accommodate most days/times. I live on Martha’s Vineyard and can travel most anywhere on island to sit. My fiancé and I are more than happy to accommodate any and all let needs. For over 35 years, with the help of my adult children Marc & Lauren, we have been taking care of Cats, Dogs, chickens and exotic pets in Bourne . We have a pet friendly home on almost an acre, with a separate area for small pups .For 15 years I Have had the pleasure of Working part time at Leach animal Hospital In Mashpee . We can promise a safe fun environment. Dogs have access to the outside areas at all times during the day. We recommend bringing their own bed . No toys or bowls necessary we have plenty . Plenty of beds and a awning for lazing in the sun . A kiddie pool to cool off . Safety is our 1st priority . If they have fun and make new friends while here it is a bonus. We do have quite a few regular repeats . Thurs and Fridays I offer a drop off day/play group beneficial for puppy’s. Drop off between 10-4 limited to 4 puppies . Socializing and basic training included.....Who wants to start their new puppy on the right track to become a calm well socialized member of your family. I'm comfortable applying eye meds, giving oral meds and also insulin shots. Pick up and drop off by appointment. I’m Recently retired , I have plenty of time to spend with you cats n Dogs . Walking , training , puppies or behavioral issues. I have a fenced in yard and 2 small friendly dogs . Who love to meet new friends. We provide a stimulating fun filled structured environment . I’m home all day! Dogs must be sociable around other dogs . Puppies welcome . Weather permitting they have access to outside fenced in area via a doggy door. Pups are Guaranteed to have a fun stay in a safe environment. Training services offered , puppy playgroups and socializing offered upon space and availability.

I have a very friendly golden retriever who will be home during your dog’s stay and will be around all day to play with your dog and can take them out at regular intervals. About: I love dogs and grew up with them! I have 2+ years doing long term dog sitting for the same family. I watched them for around 20 days each month. I loved their dogs like my own! Your dogs will be safe and happy with me. They are my top priority. I make sure they get exercise and lots of love. I always send picture and updates. Most recently I lived with my sister who also has a young pitbull so I am with dogs every day. I have experience administering medication and monitoring health issues. I’m interested in dog walking and sitting. Can also do cats :) I work seasonal jobs so move around. For the last 3 years I was in steamboat springs, Colorado and watched 2 labs on a regular basis. I worked a 9-5 a would go home and feed, walk, and play with the dogs! I take them to the dog park and on hikes. Dogs fit into my routine very easily. Your dogs will get walks, play, get cuddles, etc. I am also used to working around specific quarks. For example, dogs who eat rocks may require a face mask for walks, dogs with sensitive stomachs, etc. I set alarms for their meals and keep a consistent walk/play routine. I feel responsible for their safety too, so if they play with dogs who are too rough, I will move along. Their happiness and comfort is literally my job!

“Kayla was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very start she went above and beyond — she was open to meeting us in person before the stay so Willow could get comfortable ahead of time, which made such a difference. Throughout the week she was communicative, sent photos, and was flexible in every way. But honestly, what stood out most was how much she genuinely loved Willow. You could just tell. She told us multiple times how sweet Willow was and that she’d miss her — and we believed every word of it. For us, leaving our girl with someone is a big deal, and Kayla made it so easy to feel at peace. We will absolutely use her again the next time we’re on the island. If you’re looking for a sitter who will treat your dog like family, look no further!”

“Having moved recently to New Bedford, we didn´t have any close friends or relatives to leave our Lhasa Apso Johann with. We are so glad we came accross Taylor and Tyler on the Rover platform. They responded to my first contact almost immediately and were very attentive in getting back to me so we could arrange our meet and greet. They took care of Johann for 5 nights and would send me pictures daily and keep me posted. Johann adapted very well and we could see he was being well taken care of and having a fun time! We are so happy and thankful we now have a place to leave him when we next have to travel without him!”
