About: Hello! I have over 15 years of experience with pet sitting for friends and neighbors while also having my own pets my entire life. I would be honored to care for your pet in any capacity needed. I work from home with a flexible schedule that allows for extra pet care. I am able to complete care tasks from home or at yours! I have a yard and one 9 year old dog who does well with other dogs and cats, and one cat who minds her own business and stays to herself. I can easily crate an animal if needed, as well.

About: I grew up around animals I used to have a schnauzer when I was a child and recently put her down which really hurt. I grew up around horses and dogs my whole life. My current job is as a horse groom and I work at a barn which is pet friendly and with your permission I can take your pet to the barn and walk them for along time if the dog is hyper. I’m very down to earth and just great with animals. Have lots of experience with animals and have no doubt that in a emergency I will respond correctly due to experience. You can trust your pet with me as so much has done before. I look forward to working with your pet and just enjoying them. I will treat your pet as if mine cause I know the joy of what it is to have a dog. I work a lot from home so I gave a lot of time to the animals in which I take care of. We love daily walks and have a farm we own in lexington which we go often to walk my mothers dogs or barbecuing! You can trust us with your furry friend! I have multiple years in experience around horses and dogs as well as cats. Growing up around event and jumper horses as well as administering first aid and proper care to all barn animals. We love nature and all of gods gifts to us.

“Indy is normally a little shy but made herself right at home with Tayla. Got a sweet update during the day and picked up a happy dog! 🙂”

“Blake and Maria are so great!!! They gave multiple updates through out the day, fed him on schedule, and were so willing when we asked them to keep him so we could go to dinner ? I would 100% recommend them.”

About: I have always loved dogs ever since I was a little girl. I dog sit for a family friend anytime they need me. They continue to ask me to dog sit, so I would say that is a success. I will love your dog like they are one of my own. We will enjoy walks, play time and lots of cuddles. Our best friend is a vet so if any emergency situation should happen, we have an immediate resource. I am currently a stay at home mom so your pet would have lots of attention of activity throughout their stay with us. We have plenty of time and energy for walks and playing outside. Pets that come to our home will be treated like our own. They will get daily activity, walks and outside play. They can easily be crated if that's what they are used to.

“Kelsey and Glade have done a phenomenal job with our fur baby, Chewie! We’re thrilled each day to see his progress and photos for their daily adventures. So grateful for the care they give to Chewie and that they are so conveniently located to our home.”

“Great job”

About: Hello! I am a positive-reinforcement based dog trainer and lover who has experience with a plethora of dog breeds, ages, temperaments, and medical issues. I have an extensive history with caring for and training dogs, with a specialization in the training of fearful or reactive dogs. I believe that the responsibility of caring for another’s pet goes beyond the necessities: it is ensuring that the dog is comforted during an often difficult time, and the owner is reassured that their pet is in the best hands. Further, it is necessary to be sure that the animals physical, emotional, and needs are fully met. I hope to establish a relationship with the pet(s) and their owners. I genuinely care about the wellbeing of animals and make a great effort to ensure that the pet is comfortable and well taken care of. I am currently working in other animal care positions and am able to adjust my schedule to your pet’s care needs. My schedule is relatively flexible, and can be adjusted. I have a sweet Shetland Sheepdog who lives with me, as well as cats. I am very cautious about keeping doors (and inside gates) firmly closed to ensure safety,

About: I’ve been taking care of friends/family animals when they go out of town. I make sure that all the needs are met(potty/walks/playtime/cuddles). I’ve owned dogs and cats all my life. I work a 9-5 so I am available in the morning and the evening for overnight/daytime care. I also understand the importance of animal care. I make sure they are fed, walked, and are given play time. I enjoy hanging out with animals more than humans most of the time.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life with most being rescues. I volunteered in care & fund raising for an Animal Rescue League. Dogs are the most amazing creatures. I’m retired Registered Nurse so I’m home most of the day. So your dog’s care is a priority in my home I have one 50lb dog- Ollie. He is a loving fellow that gets frequent walks and plays fetch in the back fenced in yard. He loves other dogs so your dog will have plenty of fun active things to do & lots of snuggling. I have a 6 foot privacy fence around my back yard. Your and my dog will be safely walk on leash outside of the yard. In home dogs are allowed on furniture and bed if this is normal for your pet.

“Shelby was FANTASTIC with our Sherman. He was very nervous when we left him (he has separation anxiety). Not only did he seem to do well after we left (the pictures she sent us spoke volumes about his mood), but when i picked him up he was excited to see us as always but instead of running straight to the car and waiting at the door for us as he usually does when we pick him up from someone he did a couple of excited circles and had to run back to give one of Shelbys pups a kiss goodbye. He often stays with my sister and he loves her and her dogs but he never runs back to the door for any reason. He was so relaxed and clearly worn out feom playing so much. Shelby is terrific. You xan certainly entrust her qith the care of your fur-baby with confidence!”

About: Hi there, my name is Constance and I am looking forward to helping take care of your pups while you’re away! I live in Sellersburg, IN with my husband, 3 children, golden retriever named Luxe and 2 cats named Kiki and Koda. Luxe and my kiddos love having pet visitors. I have a large FENCED IN back yard with tons of room to run. I believe pets thrive in structure therefore I do scheduled feeding times 2x a day, followed by walks in the evening with my family around the subdivision, which is very pet friendly. In my home, animals are welcome on the couch! But if you do not allow that in your home we will respect that and make a comfy spot for them on the floor. In fact. If you have certain rules in your home, I plan to enforce them just as you do. Just let me know what your hard no’s are. *if you’re dog is still crate training or needs to be kenneled at night, you will need to supply that at pickup/drop off. I am well versed in crate training. Our golden may now free roam, but was in the crate nightly and when we left our home for the first year or her life.* For clarification, I am the only person in my home that will be providing services. My children or husband will not be involved at this time. Their only job is to give lots of love! I am a Registered Nurse and only work weekends, therefore I’m home all week with my own fur babies! In fact, that was my stipulation before getting a dog, considering how much time/effort it takes to train! More importantly, I wanted to ensure our pup was never left alone for an extended amount of time and got tons of love and time outdoors. I attended classes with my golden retriever on training when she was a wee pup. While I’m not a professional by any means, I feel confident in being versed in the basics. I provide structured meal times and most importantly, tons of love and positive reinforcement! One thing our trainer told us in class that has always stuck with me- “Praise is better than any treat you could ever give your dog.” And I live by that. You can enforce rules and boundaries with your animals and still show them unlimited love and praise.

Cindy K.
“Cindy is truly what I'd call a "dog person". She has adopted dogs from our local Animal Shelter and had, at one time, a dog that had been previously abused with therefore had some behaviorial issues. Those issues were lessened a lot in her care and he lived out his live with love and peace thanks to Cindy. After that, her long-time buddy was lost after he (with her help) battled an incurable disease. She didn't just give-up on him. Cindy has just one fur baby now and he is the best cared for dog I've had the pleasure to know. She walks him and plays with him to help him expend some of his energy and has taught him some social skills that make him wonderful to be around. Cindy is a caring, dependable, responsible and loving person. I would not hesitate to recommend her care for any dog.”
