About: I have had cats, reptiles, dogs and fish my entire life! I have had big dogs, small dogs, kittens and geriatric animals. I currently have three dogs at home and two of them are seniors one is a little dog and one is a Rottweiler they they are on medication so I am extremely familiar with senior dog care. I currently care for one cat at home who is 2 and have three more back in Chicago two are kittens and one is 16 so also lots of experience with cats old and young. I was my neighborhoods pet sitter and have had experience with all animals! I have a cat that I care for everyday and I am very timely and consistent with care and feeding. He is extremely independent so that allows me a lot of time to take care of other animals which I am very familiar with when I go back to Chicago and seeing all my dogs and cats! I am super flexible and adaptable like I said I have dealt with all types of ages and breeds so I can handle a lot. I understand and respect boundaries with animals and will follow the owners instructions. I love playing with animals and going outside or to the park/beach so I am more than willing to do whatever is needed to provide the best and safest care.

About: Hi! We’re T.J. and Allie — lifelong dog lovers based in Seymour who truly treat our dogs like family. We currently share this Rover account, though most dog walking and drop-in visits will be handled by me, T.J. I’ve had dogs my entire life and genuinely consider them my favorite thing in the world. My wife and I don’t have kids, so our dogs are our kids — spoiled, loved, and cared for like family. We’re proud parents to three of the best boys ever: Ted, a 9-year-old Shih Tzu & Bichon Frise mix with the sweetest personality Banjo, a 12-year-old Sheltie mix who’s calm, loyal, and wise Otis, our newest addition — a 24-week-old Beagle & Jack Russell Terrier mix who is currently stealing our hearts (and socks) Because Otis is still very young, we are not offering boarding at this time while we focus on house training, routines, and helping him grow into a well-mannered pup. Once he’s fully trained and settled, we’ll happily open our home to boarding other dogs in the future. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions closely — including feeding schedules, crate preferences, medication needs, and exercise routines. I double-check leashes, doors, and gates before and after every visit, and I remain attentive during walks to avoid unsafe situations. I have multiple references if ever needed. I’ve done multiple overnight and week stays in clients houses. I’ve also done multiple drop ins for first time meet with the pet. I can give out medications and do shots if needed. I have Lupus, so hanging out with animals is very therapeutic to me. I have open availability, I can do overnights or weekends.
