About: I am a 15+ year vegan and lifelong animal lover. I have had pets on and off for my whole life, including dogs, cats and other animals and my family has always adopted rescue animals. I even spent a lot of weekends and most summers as a pre-teen/teenager helping on my grandparent’s ranch, where we cared for rescue animals. I love caring for animals and making sure they are well loved and looked after while they are with me. I have regularly dog and cat sat for friends, family and co-workers over the last 15 years or so. I am comfortable with any size or age dogs and cats. My family in the past has had all sized dogs from a chihuahua to the two german shepherd mixes we have now. They are all characters and they make us laugh everyday, and bring joy to our lives. I believe every animal has their own personality and I love meeting and getting to know them, especially when I meet dogs out in public and get to ask their name and say hi. It genuinely makes me happy. I look forward to helping you care for your fur babies as if they were my own. I have experience giving medicine in pill form to cats and dogs, have cared for young and senior pets alike. Whether it’s watching them overnight, or doing drop-ins to maintain a regular meal/medicine routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all animals in my care. I currently work 8-5pm from home, and I would like to offer my caregiving around those hours. For stop overs/check in's: I am available during my lunch break, before and after work hours and on weekends. I will check in on your pet(s) and make sure they are taken care of and have what they need, per your specific instructions. For overnight care, I would stay at your house and simply need somewhere to sit with my computer and reliable wifi in order to work from your home, so I can be there all day with your pet(s). I do not offer care from my own home, but will travel to and/or stay at your home for the specific care you may need.

About: I am an experienced veterinary assistant and kennel attendant so you know your pet will be in experienced and loving hands. Caring for animals has been a life long passion of mine that I turned into a career. I have owned all kind of pets in my life time, I grew up on a ranch with all types of farm animals, 2 dogs and a cat. I also went to school to study veterinary technology. I currently work at a local vet clinic as a veterinary assistant/ kennel attendant and I truely love what I do. About: Ive taken care of pets since I was 7. Ive been around all types of dogs and have learned to understand their needs and your needs! I will write a list of your dogs needs and make sure to strictly follow it so your pets feels comfortable with me in your home! I am home all day everyday and if I need to go out its for no longer than an hour or two! So your pet will not be lonley. I feed my dog in the morning and take him for a walk. Then we come inside and get some chores done. Then we play in the back yard or hop in the pool. Then I feed him again and go for another walk. Once he is home he is ready to watch tv and get some sleep!

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. About: I have had pets my whole life and taken care of other people’s pets since I was a kid. My favorite thing to do was hang out in the pet store. I probably drove them nuts. I am home all day and would love to make a job out of caring for your pets. My availability is open at this time. I have a fenced yard, Pets are free to go in and out during the day and evening, I prefer to crate at night time, but it’s not a hard no for them to sleep out.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
