These pups aren’t the easiest to look after—they come with a full set of challenges and sensitivities—but she handled everything with patience, compassion, and attention to detail. From the thorough pre-visit questions to the daily updates (complete with thoughtful notes and adorable photos), it was clear that Astrid and Rocco were in the best hands. Hillary went above and beyond to make sure both dogs felt safe and comfortable. I came home to two happy, relaxed dogs. Natalie was phenomenal with my dog, Lina over a 5 day house-sitting booking. She took the time to ask questions, and was attentive when learning about Lina's quirks and her daily routine. She'd always send multiple updates a day, pictures on walks and at meal times. My apartment was just as I left it when I returned. Would absolutely recommend her, she'll treat your dog like they're her own, and is super respectful when house sitting. Will definitely book again!
Kayla was reliable, communicative, and went above and beyond to leave our apartment in great shape! We were able to enjoy our travel without worrying about the care of our little cat - receiving daily pictures and confirmation of arrivals and departures. Kayla made the process super easy/simple, giving us so much peace of mind. :)
Haley was a wonderful sitter. Her attention to detail showed from the first pre-sit meeting, taking notes & asking pertinent questions. Her communication was excellent through the weekend & made us feel confident our sometimes difficult pets were in good hands. Once again, a great experience with Judith. She is timely, experienced and tends to all the needs of my dog, Earl. When I return home he is relaxed and the home is in the exact same condition when I left. Judith is the only overnight sitter who I trust. I don’t even check in while away.
Haley was wonderful! She was a respectful house guest. She gave us updates and sent photos of our dogs through out her stay. She was very thorough in her questions getting to know our dogs and their routine. She was overall great to work with. We will definitely be using her in the future!
Ann made herself to care for Enzo on very short notice. Even so, she stopped by to meet him ahead of time. She kept in regular communication with us. Despite being stung by a bee on the paw (which Ann made us aware of immediately), Enzo was in excellent spirits when we arrived home. He obviously was well loved in our absence.
Sam was absolutely amazing with our senior English Bulldog. We adopted her recently and hadn’t left her alone with anyone other than immediate family. Sam quickly settled in with Daisy and made her (and us!) comfortable. Sam sent just the right amount of messages and pictures while we were away. We could not have asked for anyone better to have stayed with our little girl. Thank you so much, Sam!
Neal did an exceptional job with our boys, a great danedoodle and labradoodle. We thought the biggest challenge would be the danedoodle’s speration anxiety and being left alone for any period longer than a few hours, but our labradoodle put him through the ringer with not wanting to eat for the first 24 hours. Neal was patient and accommodating to his extra care needs of being put into a bailey chair. Eventually Whit warmed up to him and got into his chair for meals. Neal was sure to keep us updated with pictures and videos during the duration of his stay at our home. We had comfort in knowing they had plenty of play time and great care while we were away.
