I am a student so I have time to come by three times a day to care for your pet. I can walk them multiple times a day and ensure they are being engaged. I will ensure that your pet is well cared for. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they need. I also have my own dog, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and keep them happy, safe, and well-loved. I care for my own cat and dog daily, so pet care is already a natural part of my routine. I plan my day around feedings, walks, playtime, and training, which makes it easy for me to give other pets consistent attention and care throughout the day. I now work as a wildlife researcher and have additional professional experience with animal handling, behavior, and husbandry across a wide variety of species. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, anxious, senior, or just has a very particular routine, I'm happy to work with their needs and make sure they are comfortable and well cared for while you're away. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the pet in my care! While I do have daily obligations that may take me away for parts of the day, I have plenty of availability for walks, playtime, meals, and lots of attention throughout the day. I provide care in your pet’s home, where they can remain comfortable with their normal environment and routine. I’m happy to provide multiple walks per day, plenty of playtime and attention, and meals, snacks, and medications according to their regular schedule. I will always follow care instructions closely and adjust my approach to your pet’s individual needs and personality.

About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a kid, from hermit crabs and fish to dogs of all ages and breeds. Currently, I love looking after a 9-year-old Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix and a 16-year-old Terrier Schnauzer mix, plus my own cats. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow all instructions carefully and stick to their routine. I provide meals, walks, playtime, and lots of snuggles, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I also make sure the pet’s veterinarian contact information is posted where I can quickly access it in case of an emergency, giving owners peace of mind while their pets are in my care.

About: The oldest of 3, I took lead in training all our dogs growing up. Getting better as I grew up, in recent years I've had the most experience w/ both elderly pups and puppies. I can't wait to meet you and your special babies! I live and work full time in Downtown LR, so you can rest assured that i'll always be close by in case of an emergency. I like being active on the weekends, I take my kittens out in their backpack carrier and walk the downtown streets every chance I get. My mountain of toys and climbing gear is no match for the energy levels of 2 sibling kittens. I welcome any fur baby to my apartment that might make a dent, but if your pet needs a more relaxed environment I have plenty of room to manage their exposure.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, learning their unique personalities, and making sure they feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Every dog deserves care that feels like home, and that's exactly what I strive to provide. I currently work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm). I can take care of pets after 5pm and on the weekends. We can arrange timing if needed. Thank you! I have a very spacious loft downtown I can have them in. Also have space for kennels if needed. Lots of parks near by and sidewalks to walk them. I’m also willing to take care of them at the clients residents as well. Whatever is needed for the job at hand!

About: Animals have been a part of my life since birth. I have been touched by their kind spirits over the years and have been honored to have been loved by them and had the opportunity to love them. I have cared for cats, dogs, birds, fish and an axolotl…chihuahuas up to Saint Bernards. I currently have one 9 year old dog that was rescued from the woods and a 20 year old long-haired calico cat. I have cared for diabetic animals in the past and checked glucose levels and administered insulin depending on levels. When I care for animals, I try to duplicate their day to day experiences because we all thrive on routine right...this I have found helps your absence to not be as hard on your animal. I look forward to meeting you and your animals and caring for them as you would in your absence. I am dental professional who enjoys taking care of animals as well! Early morning visits and evening visits can be as long as needed or even overnight stays. Mid-day visits during weekdays are limited to an approximately 20 minute visit between 1-2 pm. I feel a home visit is necessary prior to the first visit to get down the routine of different animals and for your animals to see me in their home as a friendly person.

What sets me apart is my passion for ensuring your fur babies receive the BEST care. Each animal is unique in personality and you can rest assured I will be anticipating their needs throughout a house sit, check in, or walk! I am passionate about ensuring dogs do not walk on asphalt we would not walk barefoot on, ensuring adequate playtime, and taking their time drinking water. If I could be a veterinarian or vet tech I would, but I cannot handle the mental weight that comes with those career fields, so instead, allow me the opportunity to provide your fur babies the very best treatment and trust they are in good hands while you are gone. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of opportunities to play with your fur babies! I am flexible on time a that work better for your babies so their routines stay in tact while you are gone! For my personal care of my own pets, I have a fenced yard, all of my cats are fixed, and I do not let them roam without being on their leash. I take all precautions necessary with my animals AND yours to prevent easily fixed mistakes by just being mindful. Whether it be monitoring hydration, asphalt temperatures, or bathroom changes, I am constantly ensuring I have a full picture of exactly how your fur baby is doing.

About: Hey I’m Hannah! My Experience - From the time I was born I was raised with animals.Throughout the years, I've owned 6 different dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 ducks, 12 chickens, 1 beta fish and 1 hamster. My Dog - I rescued a Yorkie from a puppy mill in July of 2018. I named her Franky and we've been inseperable since! My Approach - I prefer to use positive reinforcement and treats when training a dog to obey commands. I can give your pet all of the pets and cuddles but can also respect their space if they’re more independent. I am flexible with pet care, but would prefer to have at least three days notice to work around my schedule. I am able to do local services as well as services within the same state. If I must travel for overnight services, I would like at least a week notice. I do not currently offer daycare or sitting within my home, but I am available to come to you in the event that you book with me!
