About: I currently work as a kennel technician at an animal shelter. I am experienced in handling dogs of all temperaments, prioritizing the dog’s safety and my own safety. I’ve pet sat for many clients. I have taken care of older dogs and young dogs. I am comfortable taking care of dogs of all temperaments. I have always cared a lot of animals but dogs have especially always had a special place in my heart. I do have some physical disabilities that would limit me from being able to walk a heavy dog that pulls but otherwise should be okay. I am very compassionate and kind with all dogs and look forward to getting a chance to meet and care for yours. I work part time and on the days I work I hire someone from Rover to take my disabled puppy out for a potty break. I work the opposite schedule of most: Fri, sat and Sundays and am off Monday thru Thursdays so I'm hoping to supplement paying for my Rover care by doing some dog walks and caretaking myself. Unfortunately, I don't have a fenced in yard where I live so I would have to keep any dogs leashed here though, mine are quite trained to be able to be off leash in my yard. Though, since I rent a room I'm not sure I'd be able to do any boarding here but would happily come to you and even better if my dogs can come with as well for a longer stay but if not, I could probably make it work as long as it's local enough for me to still be able to care for my dogs.
