“Keely took great care of my dog. She sent me pictures and updates throughout my vacation which kept me at ease since this was my first time boarding. Looking forward to working with her in the future!”

“Jennifer was great with our dog Molly when we went away over the weekend! She kept us updated with pictures and messages and took her for lots of walks. Thanks for taking such good care of her!”

“Margaret and Dermott kept our chocolate lab for us while we were away. They sent us pictures and daily updates on how he was doing. It was so reassuring to know he was in great hands! We will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Margaret is the best giving us daily updates on how our dog Kyri was doing during our long trip away. Kyri was well taken care of and enjoyed their company and cozy home!”

“10/10 Jamie was AMAZING from booking to pickup! She was gracious through our need to book last minute (which nobody enjoys having to rush to find a dog sitter, so this was greatly appreciated). She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! Oh and a bonus was after we picked our little guy up he behaved SO WELL, like way better than usual…..I think he was missing Jamie, her family, and her dog ❤️ You cannot go wrong with booking with her!”

“Best Dog sitters in the world!! Great communication. So sweet. We loved both of you and we now have new groomers. I definitely recommend and we will only come here from now on. Thank you.”

“Second time my kitty has stayed with Katherine and will most definitely be going back! She gives updates and sends pictures everyday. A wonderful sitter highly recommended!!!!”

“Jodie was so patient with our energietic pups and they loved her! She played fetch with them and let them play with water when it was really hot. She even took time to brush them. Will defintiely use her again!”
“Wynnie absolutely loves staying with Mary and Dana. As soon as we pull in the driveway, she is jumping to get out of the car. We have absolutely no hesitations leaving Wynnie with Mary for a whole week which is such a weight lifted off our shoulders. Wynnie is spoiled rotten (in the best way possible) during her stay. I truly appreciate Mary’s communication before, during, and even after the stay. She always makes sure to remind me of things to make sure I pack and sends pictures during the week. Thanks a million, Mary! 😁”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have relied on me many times to look after their pets. With time I can train small skills like sitting, laying down, and shaking. I am currently a full time student at Thiel College. Because of my class schedule I will only be available in the early morning, early afternoon, and evening. I have an unfenced back yard and two friendly dogs and lots of toys and treats. I also have two available medium size crates if needed
The median cost per night for dog boarding in Meadville is $40

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
