“This is the second time that Keely has kept Russ for us and we are so pleased with her care. She walks him and sends me pics everyday of their adventures. We will definitely be using Keely in the future!”

“Kristen just cared for our geriatric, high maintenance cat who has some health issues a second time. She was great again - clear communication, administered daily medication, sent photo updates. Would definitely recommend.”
“Jennifer was great with our dog Molly when we went away over the weekend! She kept us updated with pictures and messages and took her for lots of walks. Thanks for taking such good care of her!”

“Margaret and her husband were amazing with Maverick. You can tell they are really knowledgeable and love animals. She sent regular updates with pics. Just a short trip right off of I79 to get to her house that has a big fenced in yard. I felt completely safe leaving my pup there. Will definitely be using her again!”

“Margaret is the best dog sitter ever! Kyri was well taken care of during our trip. I felt at peace knowing she was in good hands. Margaret is our go-to dog sitter now!”

“Deanna was a great sitter for my Labrador. She was very responsive to all messages and easy to work with for the meet and greet, drop off and pick up times. She had a dog of her own and can tell she cares about my dog as if she was one of her own. I would recommend her to others in the area and will use her again if I need the services while I live in the area.”

“I was delighted with Katherine's service. She was prompt with my correspondence and the pickup and drop off service. Also my dog seemed to enjoy her stay with her immensely. I like that she provided me with photos during the course of the day boarding and overnight. I will definitely use her again in the future.”

“We cannot recommend Jodie enough! She was flexible with scheduling, even when plans changed, sent frequent updates with pictures, and gave her top-notch care. Aspen is typically nervous with new guests, and returned home calm and happy. We were thrilled with her stay and will be returning again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life. My father used to train dogs so I’ve adopted these skills as my own by being very patient and nurturing with each animal I have the privilege of working with! I’m currently working part-time so I am available to care for your beloved pet just like one of my own. Looking forward to meeting more furry friend! I have an unfenced yard, but I do have a run line that I can utilize. I have a tie out in the front of my house as well and frequently take walks in my neighborhood. I can easily crate your pet if needed.
“We were nervous to leave Harper. He had only been boarded with friends he knew. But Stephanie was great!!! She sent us pictures and videos and Harper loved it there. We would have Stephanie watch Harper again for sure!!!! We highly recommend her!”

About: I can watch animals of all sizes, chickens, goat dogs, cats, dogs, I own a few types over the years and can possibly learn a new pet, if needed to watch ❤️❤️🐰 I’m currently at home during the day, I’m usually scheduled 1-2 nights a week and will have my daughter helping with the responsibilities for caring for your animals, walking, reading them books and loving on them! I can care for your baby at my home, or yours. Sometimes they’re more comfortable in their home, safety comes first. I will be taking your dog, for walks, car rides, and down to the lake to see my world.
“Mary and Dana are truly the best dog sitters we could ever ask for! They are so kind, accommodating, and caring, and they treat our dog, Wynnie, as if she were their own. While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
