She followed every detail perfectly, kept us updated with Ron and his food and making sure he ate, paying attention to Kahlua and Baileys behavior and resolving any issues or changing things if needed. Her communication was amazing the entire time. She kept us updated, listened to our notes, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. You can really tell she cares about the dogs.
