Kylie did an amazing job taking care of my sweet energetic girl🥹 we will be removing

Kylie was very friendly and polite and she did a good job of keeping my cats fed and fresh water for the days I was away. She followed the directions I went over with her. I would definitely recommend Kylie to care for your pets!

Awesome with taking care of our cats while away for a work trip

Kylie was super sweet and did a really great job of making sure our dogs were safe and well taken care of!

Well, this time I didn’t get any pictures at all. I requested from 4 PM on Saturday to 4 PM on Sunday. Kylie did tell me she had a job in Raven could be alone for 5 to 6 hours. I thought that would be fine. there was definitely a lack of communication. Possibly on both our parts. When I asked for housesitting, I feel it should be understood that I want you to stay there at the house. I was asked if I wanted her to stay overnight for the 24 hours I requested yes. I left at 8 o’clock in the morning, so 4 o’clock arrival Was expected because I asked for 4 PM to 4 PM. At 6 o’clock, Kylie said she was on her way, but didn’t ask for a code to my front door until 8 PM which was her actual arrival time. I was very upset about that. If I had known when I made the reservation that she couldn’t make it at four I would’ve made other arrangements. I figured that the last walk would be around 4 PM the following day but it wasn’t it was at 10 AM just before she left for her other job. Having the last walk at four would have given me a little bit of flexibility for my time to arrive home. I don’t like to leave a bad review for anyone you make your own judgment. I’m just putting out what happened from my point of view, I thought it was important to let other people know That this trip Kylie was not dependable and did not send pictures.

Kylie did a wonderful job taking care of Raven at my last minute request. I will happily hire Kylie back when the need arises. I highly recommend Kylie considering how well she handled her first time caring for the best dog ever and our home. Kylie followed directions and kept me updated with pictures and genuinely has love in her heart for animals. She walked Raven more times than required, which I know Raven loved as I told her that Raven loved being outside. She sat with Raven when she was outside to keep an eye on her. On the day that we were returning. I told her she only had to stay until 6 PM but we would probably be home around 10:30 at night. Kylie text me after we were expected home to make sure that we made it. That’s the kind of love you can’t pay for… I am so grateful.
